Not worth the money we paid. Very disappointed in our tour guide. He was arrogant and misinformed on his history of Michael Angelo as an artist. He asked questions to the group and when someone provided their feedback, he made them feel inadequate. In addition, he only spoke about one statue and overlooked the rest of the art that was displayed. We were left to explore on our own. The tour was short and would not recommend this to anyone. If you are seeking for the true history of Michael Angelo, I highly recommend the Vatican tour in Rome. Excellent tour with explicit history.

1. Don't believe 'Skip the Line' means anything - you could be lining up for a long time
2. When they screw up they won't return your money - even though the tickets were printed with the wrong time, they wouldn't admit to a mistake

Our museum guide was exceptionally knowledgeable! He was “no nonsense” and took us on a short brisk walk to the gallery from the CiaoFlorence office. It was a very busy time, but he was not rushed, we could hear him at every stop, he presented the David to us in a clever way, starting from the far end of the room, detailing each part, then twice progressing closer and closer, with new things to learn and observe. Highly recommend!

Vincenzo was passionate about Florence, its history, and its artists (musicians, painters and sculptors). He was engaging and asked a lot of questions hoping for knowledgeable answers and wanting to be asked good questions in return. We somewhat met his expectations.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Seeing Michelangelo's David was one of the highlights of our trip.

Tour guide no one could understand her completely. She never counted to see if she had the whole group. She lost my attention right away because of the thick accent and she spoke very fast. Seeing the original DAVID was amazing.

Very knowledgeable guide brought us past the lines and right into the museum. There were about 30 of us, and we were all able to hear her clearly through headsets. She gave us a lot of information about the museum, formerly a school for artists, and took us through the early instruments room, to the paintings, and of course the sculptures. The high point was Michaelangelo's David, and we were able to get up close and walk all around it while our guide explained, among other things, the perspective and the back story of the choice of marble.

Really good idea to skip the line. We still had to wait a while until all tour party members turned up and then the guide had to sort out our entry, but it was much better than turning up with nothing bought in advance and having to wait for longer in huge queues. Guide extremely knowledgeable. Sometimes difficult to hear even with a headset. Next time I will buy skip the line tickets but no guide.

Really disappointing, tour should have started at 10.30 but it was 11am by the time they had got their act together and we got into the gallery. The tour should have lasted for an hour but at the very beginning we were told by our guide that she would have tofinish at 11.30 so our tour only lasted 30 mins which we felt was just a waste of time as the guide seemed rushed, wouldn't recommend this one,
