I didn’t get what I paid for.

I paid for two tickets which allowed me entrance and audio guides. When I went in, the museum said I had to pay for the audio guides. I called Viator, and they refused to give me any reimbursement for the audio guides. I didn’t buy the audio guides since I didn’t have a way to pay for them at the time.

Michelangelo’s David

David is the main attraction here and is quite spectacular. There is some beautiful art in the adjoining rooms, however the primary reason to visit is to see Michelangelo’s David.

Entrance ticket was fine but audio guide not included as advertised

Everything went well, we met with the partner 5 min before booked time, we skipped the line and got in very quickly. Unfortunately audio guide was not included as advertised, we had to pay 12€ extra for it. When looking for experiences we specifically wanted one that included audio guide and that's why we booked this one and payed extra, which in the end didn't matter and still had to pay audio guide on top of the already higher price.

No additional purchase at the venue was required. It seems there might have been some confusion with the on-site staff offering a separate paid service, which is not connected to our product. Our guide was a NO SHOW. We wasted an hour of our precious time. Worthless. No communication. What a disappointing experience.

Unfortunately, you were waiting at the wrong location, which is why you missed the tour. The service was fully provided for all other guests who arrived at the correct meeting point.

Helpful staff & great tour

There was a mix up with our booking. Really helpful staff sorted it onsite to duomo cattedrale di Santa Maria del fiore which was amazing. Guide was superb, informative and helpful. Would recommend rebooking & no queue. Also guide is a must.

A fraud. The general admission to Florence Cathedral is free. This tour does not take you to skip the line entrance. Instead, you pay to get in the line of free admission.
