Costs a little more than regular tickets, but we easily found the tour contact and he got us right in the door. Well worth the extra money not to have to wait in the heat. If you don’t plan ahead to get tickets directly from the museums website, I strongly recommend this route to get right in the door.

Despite what should have been minimal interaction with the tour contact, the experience was extremely disappointing. Our scheduled tour contact never showed up at the meeting place. Instead a person who identified themselves only as a colleague, not wearing any identification affiliated with the company, haphazardly handed us two tickets, had to go to the museum ticket office to get the child ticket, and rushed us to the line. To add to what was already a terrible experience, we never received the code for the audio guide. I reached out via the Viator app for assistance but once inside the museum cell service was spotty (not that it mattered since I never receive a response). Had the ticket not actually worked I would have thought it was a scam the way the representatives from this company behaved. Maybe the person assigned to meet with us was having a bad day; however, if you want skip the line tickets I’d look elsewhere.

Dear Jill, Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that you had this experience with us but the colleague means the member of the company who works with a company he has provided you the adults tickets and of course we need an identification for the kids under 18 to prove their age so we cannot issue the child the before they arrive to the meeting point and for the audio guide we have sent you all the details on your what's app.

Having advanced tickets with set time assisted greatly in getting a head of the longer lines.. The gentleman were there on the spot assisting people with getting their tickets.. if you wanted the audio tour once inside you could purchase for 6€.

The statue of David was mind blowingly beautiful and listening to the audio with it was great. Only thing I would say is the audio didn’t follow where I was etc which made it hard to keep up with.

Great service. We met our liaison at the designated time and even a little early. When we arrived he was already waiting for us. He also messaged us about our reservation to make sure we were on our way. Even though we were it was a good reminder. Our liaison electronically sent us our tickets and an audio guide. TIP: if you want to use the audio guide make sure to bring your own earbuds or headphones. Our liaison brought us over to our entry point and we skipped the short line (visited in November). Very good service and wouldn’t book any other way. Will be booking again!

At no point during the Viator experience did it mention that we need to "meet a guide" nor give directions on a meeting point or a contact phone number for anyone... In fact they emailed us tickets that I could download to my Apple Wallet, so lots of confusion when we got to the Museum.

Dear Joel, Thank you for your feedback but all you had to do is open your voucher and read the instructions which are very simple even we have called you before your time and provided you the tickets before even your time started then we dont understand what this complaint all about and it's clear mentioned on your voucher that this is not your ticket you have to redeem your tickets at the meeting point.

We booked with FastAccessTours because we didn't book 1 month in advance for the Galleria dell'Academia and it was raining that day so the lines to the museum were very long. Also many less major sites can only be booked at least thr day before online on the museum website. We booked the "skip the line" with FastAccessTour which is basically a pre-reserved slot on the same afternoon for the equivalent of 32.25 euros per person instead of the 20 euros on the website or in person and no wait time in line or the rain. Money well invested to see Michelangelo's David and others. The only issue was that their office had a problem with the printers and issues printing the tickets so some people at the same timeslot as us were asked if they were available any other day. In the end we got in and we saw some who had left inside the museum had been contacted and given new tickets. So all ended well just a slight delay. The ticket pick up location was an adress in front of the entry to the Galleria and à man with company identification came to see us and discuss/give us the tickets and brought us to the proper entry line (which there are multiple). Overall good experience and a life saver for not much more money when you are last minute or not extremely organized!

Totally worth the fast track ticket!! We couldn’t get a normal ticket anyway since they were all sold out so we found this option. And so glad we did. Super easy to find the tour operator in front of the museum and he worked it out all for us easily to get our tickets and get in. The line for the normal tickets was super long and it was super hot so we were glad that we had this option! And museum is amazing and a must see.

The Galleria of Academy is an amazing museum. The art is fantastic and obviously the statue of David is one of the more unique works of Leonardo da Vinci and certainly a must see on any bucket list.. exchanging the voucher for the tickets was a little clunky, but that’s how the tour operator does it. The representative was in front and the exchange was easy. I would recommend this tour as the line can be long otherwise..

The tickets were great the lines were huge but we didn’t have to wait long. It was just hard to find the guide with the tickets because he didn’t wear a sign ti make it clear. I asked other guides and they all know each other so it was quick to find him after that. It was really crowded at the entrance though so hard to find anyone. Loved the David!!

Meet up directions we’re great and Romeo was actually a few mins early, which was fine. The tour was just what we needed. After many days of guided tours, this one was refreshing to just be able to get in quickly (Skip the line), and then browse whatever we wanted to and for how long we want it to. Love it.

Easy to find the person at the specified entrance. They handed us a photocopy of tickets that were to enter between 1545-1600 (even though we reserved at 1630) but then we were able to enter immediately and walked straight to see the statue of David. Not a fancy operation but it was straight forward and legit! Would use again!

This was an amazing experience that continued to highlight our Rome vacation. The detailed works of art are incredible and viewing the statue of David was breathtaking. The rep with the tickets was very hard to find- almost impossible. I was about to walk away when I asked someone who was directing crowds if they knew the operators . He directed me to a doorway amongst the hundreds of people. Once we met the company rep it was easy, reasonably quick entry given the enormous crowds. The rep needs to have a flag or something that is easy to recognise.
