Small museum which houses the David. Marta was excellent. There were long lines to get in and while this was not skip the line, we entered very quickly at our scheduled time. She took time to take us through the smaller rooms and explained so much about the various exhibitions and paintings. She had a wealth of information about the David. Great tour and guide.

Best "1-hour museum tour" we've ever had. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about one of the great masters, Michelangelo. The tour focused on the masterpiece 'David' and we learned a lot! But we were given much more during the tour. Our guide showed us other pieces, including a brief tour of the instrument room. To see multiple instruments by Stradivarius, and then Michelangelo, is difficult to exress in words. Bottom line, thisbtour was very much worth it!

Once again skip the line is a must. Felt bad for the people waiting in line in the hot hot sun. I had anticipated head sets but our guide said that since there were only four in our group they weren’t necessary. I think they would have helped because she kept lowering her voice so she wouldn’t disturb others.

Ivan was a great tour guide who knew everything about the artwork, statues and historical items on display. A personal guide through the Accademia Gallery was exactly what we were looking for. Ivan knew how to get the most out of the skip the line entrance which made the best use of our time. His detailed knowledge made the tour interesting as we could see the stories the artists were telling. A highly recommended tour.

We first couldn’t find where we should be but we were messaged and found our guide, Ivan. He got us in with no waiting (aside from the metal detector which was <5 min) and then showed us various parts of the museum including the David. Ivan was funny, knowledgable, and it was a great experience.

Ottima esperienza, la nostra guida Ivano molto competente e simpatica, oltre a descriverci le opere più importanti presenti al piano terra, tra cui ovviamente il David di Michelangelo, ci ha fornito molti annedotti e anche gli elementi per poter visitare a fine tour, a nostro piacimento, il primo piano della Galleria. Esperienza super consigliata, soprattutto se si ha poco tempo a disposizione, ci ha permesso di saltare code lunghissime, di essere accompagnati da una guida ufficiale e di apprezzare appieno le bellissime opere presenti (tra cui anche una imperdibile collezione di strumenti musicali).
