This tour was amazing. I can't believe that we got through all five villages, but we did and never felt rushed and had a delicious leisurely lunch. Angel, our guide, knows the area incredibly well and the crowd flow, so we were able to hit the villages at the optimal times and rarely felt the overwhelming crowds everyone complains about.

We had an amazing day with our guide Angel!! His picked us up at our hotel on time. We ended up hitting some traffic on the way so he adjusted our schedule so we wouldn't miss out on anything. He has everything down to a science to make sure you get the most out of your day! There is absolutely no way we would have been able to see all 5 villages if we did it on our own!! We had the most delicious lunch - it was to die for! He gave us time to walk around on our own with suggestions of places to check out. It was extremely hot and humid - even for us being from Arizona! Angel was very encouraging when I was getting tired and worn out - lol;) he does lots of different tours and can pretty much customize anything you want. We will absolutely use him for our next trip to Italy! 5 stars all around!

Choosing this tour company for our Cinque Terre experience was the best decision we made. Our guide, Stephano, took our preferences and abilities into consideration and organized the day accordingly. The train, ferry, lunch, and sightseeing opportunities were arranged so that time was used very efficiently and we hardly noticed the crowds of tourists as he guided us through them. A knowledgeable guide who was also a lot of fun! A perfect day in sunny Italy!

We had the most amazing day trip to Cinque Terre thanks to our guide Angel. He was knowledgeable, fun and very experienced as a tour guide. He arranged our itinerary to avoid as much as possible the big crowds which made the visit to each of the towns more enjoyable. Lunch was delicious and in a beautiful setting. We absolutely recommend this private tour!!

Our driver guide drove safely and led us to visit the places in an efficient manner. We were led to beautiful spots where great photographs were taken. We could not have this wonderful experience if not for this tour and the cheerful and knowledgeable lady guide.

Beautiful quaint towns. Daria was a wonderful guide who gave lots of information about life in the 5 villages and the surrounding towns as we traveled. Lunch was delicious. The pasta dishes were especially excellent. Loved everything about the trip. Highly recommend.

Long day, but a great day! Angel was an amazing tour guide…So knowledgeable and insightful. We visited each town and Angel went at our pace. It was definitely customized to us. Be prepared to walk quite a bit! If you like beautiful scenery and local culture, this one’s for you!

This is too much for 1 day. The drive to and from Florence takes up a lot of time. We found that the guide was more interested in getting us up to the top of the city for a view and a few pictures and then on to the next town. Lunch was subpar and not on the seaside as I thought it would be. We decided to cut the trip short and go back to Florence early. Too much money and not enough value.

Dear customer, we are very sorry that the tour has not been to your liking and that it seems too much for a day.
Being a private tour, the tour can be adjusted as the client wishes, and I think that’s what you did.
We offer cinque terre (not 4 terre or 3 terre) in one day and most of our customers think it is wonderful and well organized to be able to do it in one day.
Our guides make the tour on the way that we believe the best to give a correct service and that the customer not only see what most agencies offer, and, for that in Cinque Terre you have to go up and down stairs.
I repeat, yours was a private tour, if you wanted to stay longer in a town or spend time on the beach, you should have just told the guide.
The journey from Florence to Cinque Terre is long, yes, but unfortunately we can not cut it as we do not use helicopters and the journey is made by car or train.
In relation to the restaurant, our agency collaborates with several restaurants, which do not open every day or are sometimes full and we can not be accommodated, so we must use the second or third option, which does not mean that the food is but quality.

We loved that the tour was just the 2 of us sisters, it made it really fun. Our tour director was amazing! She showed us a lot of cool places and gave us options on what we wanted to do multiple times, which was very thoughtful. We really enjoyed talking and getting to know her over the course of the day :) I think if anyone has the chance to do this tour, definitely book it! I couldn’t imagine going and doing it ourselves.

If we were just reviewing our experience with Kristin, our guide, we would give this tour 5 stars. She was excellent!! Very pleasant to spend the day with and showed us a great time and wonderful experience of the 5 towns.
Only 3 stars because of the owner, Angel, who was not very helpful and seemed uncaring about the situation that we found ourselves in during the trip. The electric car that we were in had a MAJOR ISSUE with its ability to charge ( which he was well aware of before we left for the coast from Florence). We were trying to return to Florence but the car did not charge throughout the day. We were stuck in a small town, in the dark and in the cold, until it charged long enough to get us to a gas station that was a “super charge” portal. We ended up eating bread and packaged cheese and meat for dinner!! Not really worth the $1100 euro (dollars) that we spent. Arrived home 2 hours late and exhausted! Poor Kristen was left to apologize for something that she had nothing to do with. She did her best and we were grateful for her.
Worst part, no apology or email from Angel acknowledging the scary position that we were place in that evening.

I'm very sorry for not contacting you in the past few days. I cannot go into details and give you the reason why.
I did everything I could from where I was, which was not in Firenze, but 2 hours away.
Unfortunately it is not the first time that a similar case has happened and I did everything in my power to solve the problem.
Kristin did a great job and when she put the car on charge, my phone told me it was charging, if it had been the other way around I would have told her right then and there.
Please accept my deepest apologies for what happened.

We had a lovely tour, We met Niccoletta at the square , She was so kind & full of amazing facts about Florence, We walked around the sites of the Duomo & Arno River & learned so much! She adapts to the pace you need to go, she had a great sense of humor & by the end of the tour , she felt like an old friend, we went to see the David & we passed all the long lines to get into the museum, she was very informative about the paintings, sculptures & of course, the David, which was a highlight of the tour ,that we will never forget , she knows Florence like the back of her hand & we were so happy to take all the information she had, in,

Our guide Danieli was wonderful and the scenery of Cinque Terre were the highlights. Beautiful vista’s ad Danieli’s detailed explanations enhanced the tour. He was a wealth of information both on our 2 hour ride from Florence…and on our return trip. Great guide!! He truly felt bad about the train delays.
The only negatives ….no reflection on Viator or Danieli..we’re the crowds of people in all 5 towns and the very poor train service. We wasted about 90 minutes on delayed trains and the hordes of tourists made it almost impossible to keep with our schedule. It was a great tour but when we got back to Florence we were exhausted from standing and waiting and from the mobs of people that choked us at every beautiful picture site and on every train.

We went to see all five villages, but our favorite, and most enjoyable was the village of Corniglia. We had lunch at the top of the mountain, overlooking the sea, with a three course meal fresh on the sea.
Daniel was our guide, and he was more than amazing! He gave us a wealth of information, and was so passionate about his country. If you want to take this tour and you are lucky enough to have Daniel, we believe that you will be in for the best day of your vacation!

Where to begin?! We were incredibly fortunate to have Angel as our tour guide for our trip. During our time in Florence our daughter got unexpectedly sick, and Angel's exceptional kindness and flexibility made all the difference.
Not only did he reschedule the tour but he adjusted the pace of the tour to suit her needs so it was manageable yet still fun, it was the perfect balance between adventure and consideration. We also got to see the most beautiful views and experience what Cinque Terre is from the perspective of a “local”. His knowledge of the area was evident as he skillfully guided us through scenic spots, sharing fun stories and historical anecdotes that entertained all of us. We're sincerely grateful for his efforts and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a fun, thoughtful, dedicated guide that will make you smile and laugh! We laughed A LOT. Angel arrived at our pickup right on time and although he had a general schedule we never felt rushed or hurried, and he was always very flexible depending on what we wanted to do. I would definitely do this tour again! Until the next time though, we will always remember this incredibly special tour with the fondest memories! Gracias Angel/Luigi!!!

The visit to Cinque Terre is smooth sailing and fantastic thanks to our tour guide Daniele. We were picked up from our hotel in Florence at 7:00 a.m. We arrived at the train station around 9 a.m. We visited the fourth village first and had breakfast there. Then we took the train to the fifth village and took the boat to the first village. The boat tour offered a panoramic view of the entire island. Also going in the reverse direction helped us avoid the crowd. We then had a nice lunch in Manarola and enjoyed a nice walk to the top of the hill. Without Daniele's careful planning and knowledge of the island, it is impossible for us to visit all five villages in one day without getting lost. I highly recommend the Entropea Tours company.

Angel was the perfect tour guide. He navigated the busy train and streets of Cinque Terre and Pisa to give us the best memories. He reversed our trip to escape the crowd and it worked. We exchanged one village for Pisa. The whole day felt like we were spending it with a close friend who knew everything we wanted to know and more. You will not be disappointed.

Freddy was an incredible guide for the day. This tour was absolutely worth it. During the drive from Florence, Freddy pointed out all the places that we were passing through. He even pointed out Carrara, where all the marble is mined from, and noted that we only have 400 years of marble mining left there. It seemed like Freddy knew everything when it came to Italian culture and history, and we kept recounting things we had learned from him for the rest of our trip. Even during our trip to the Uffizi galleries days later, we recounted stories Freddy had told us about the Medici and several painters in the museum. Freddy took us from town to town, sharing their history, most beautiful views, and - the best food! In the middle of the day we sat down to lunch, and it was perfect. Beautiful fish, pasta, dessert, and wine! He also gave us a couple of hours in the middle of the day in the biggest town, Monterosso, to chill and hang out at the beach alone. We took that opportunity to visit one of Italy's best beach clubs and grab an aperol spritz. Definitely bring your swim suit and and soak up the sun on this tour. Freddy also was open to anything if we wanted to spend more time in a certain town, or doing a certain activity; the experience was entirely tailored to you. I couldn't recommend the tour and Freddy specifically even more. It was a day we will always remember.
