This was a total scam. We were not able to get the app while in Colorado. Phone number I called was bogus . the guy didn't know anything about this app. took the trip without the stops. Do not fall for this.

Charlotte, after booking, I send an instruction email with the app setup details, and sometimes it lands in spam or junk, so could you please let me know if you received it? I’d also like to know whether you contacted my support team or Viator support, since my team can directly assist with the app and tour setup daily from 9 AM to 6 PM EST. If you still want to try the tour, I’d be happy to help you set it up; if you’ve already left the area, I can process a refund or offer a replacement tour.
This was the BEST 20 bucks i have ever spent. Stopped at a lot of the points of interests and made a whole day trip of it. Highly recommend!

We have done this drive 4 times over the past few summers. We were hoping to get more insight into the local history. geology, flora & fauna. We did not. We were disappointed we learned so little. This audio tour is a very basic introduction to this area. Anyone hoping to gain insight to the area will be disappointed.
One last comment: There is so much blank time on the tour, there is no excuse not to have more information.

Could not get it to work on Apple car play. Felt unsafe to use on only phone due to route being very hazardous. Probably Would be good with other conditions

CarPlay doesn’t support my map yet (which I mention in both the pre- and post-purchase details) so I have designed the tour to work audio-only and hands-free. Was pleasantly surprised. We decided to drive the Million dollar Highway in fall. I purchased the audio tour on a whim. It was very informative. Was nice to hear the stories and history along the way based the drive. I was skeptical on how it would work with gps tracking and loosing reception. Even when loosing reception it triggered to speak. I loved the opportunity to take small detours along the route to visit more off the beaten path locations. I wish it had included a few more of those but road signs showed me those.

No real historical info or cool stories. It was just some boring stuff about erosion, the animals, reminder to drive slow etc. I expected historical and interesting but I gained no new knowledge.

It sounds like setting up my Million Dollar Highway tour took longer than expected. We apologize for the inconvenience! The good news is that your purchase is valid for a whole year, so you can revisit the tour content anytime—even listen from home! There's also a short tutorial video included in the app, a confirmation voucher, and an instruction email in case you want to give it another shot.
We drove from Durango to Ouray. The narrator was informative. We learned a lot and very much enjoyed the audio presentation.
