I have always wanted to see Mesa Verde. Glad I did. Our tour person was very knowledgeable. I could have done without the chatter on way home

Our experience to Mesa Verde from the check-in point until the end was absolutely wonderful. It was amazing and our guide Neil was very friendly and informative. We truly felt that he cared about each one of us.
This is a great visit of the principal sites of Mesa Verde with excellent knowledge of the history, architecture, and legacy cultural impact on Ancient Pueblan people. The sites are impressive enough, but our guide, Neil, brought a lot of information and gave it a lively and memorable presentation. We were in great hands and had a really fun experience.
The visit requires some hiking down and out of the canyon, but most participants should be fine. We went down with some children and some elderly folks, but nobody had difficulties.
Great tour of Mesa Verde it includes tour tickets to the Cliff Place. Our guide, Neil, was well versed in the history of the area. He was fantastic!

Highly recommend taking a guided tour to Mesa Verde. Neil was an exceptional guide and we learned and saw SO much more than we would have if we'd gone just ourselves. The NPS tour is wonderful and absolutely worth it, but pairing it with a guide made for an unforgettable experience. Truly, don't miss it, and cross your fingers that Neil is your guide.

Mesa Neil was our tour guide. He was 100/10 outstanding! He was beyond knowledgeable, more like passionate, about the park and the people who used to live here. He went above and beyond our expectations.
The tour was well worth the time and money. The site is incredibly well preserved and the Native American guide was very knowledgable and thorough in explaining the history.
Neil is one of the best tour guides we have ever had in our travels. He is enthusiastic, considerate, and fexible adapting to the guests' needs and interests. I went out of his way to make the experience memorable. Neil is a wealth of information on the area and history of the park. The van was very comfortable. First class operation with the best guide around. Dress comfortably with good walking shoes. Be aware that to go down to the pueblo sites requires handling steep stairs and a few climbing ladders, nothing terribly strenuous but probably not for those with substantial physical limitations. Have fun!

Very informative in a fun and interactive way. We learned so much from our guide Aaron, it was the best tour we've been on so far.
It was a small group, so we never felt herded around.
Avoid this tour company! Booked weeks in advance and they contacted me at 6p the evening before to tell me the tour would be dramatically different than what was booked. It would no longer be the ranger led tour up close to the cliff dwellings. Rather, the dwellings would be seen miles away via binoculars! Total ripoff! Demanded a refund and got it but the damage was done as we had already travelled 4 hours to get there by the time they let us know. Totally ruined this part of our vacation.

The ranger led tour is scheduled seasonally by the National Park and can only be offered in that season. Our guide Neil says that you verbally harassed and threatened him when he informed you of this. You are a bad person Monty.
It was a great trip. Neil, our driver/ tour guide, was so knowledgeable about Mesa Verde, and told us great stories. I recommend anyone taking this tour to ask for Neil as we highly recommend him - so friendly and a great photographer.
