Our Downtown Detroit walking tour is designed to introduce guests to some of the city’s most important landmarks and historic sites. The itinerary includes Campus Martius Park, the Spirit of Detroit, the Joe Louis Monument, the Guardian Building, Capitol Park, Book Tower, the Michigan Theater Building, and Grand Circus Park. Throughout the tour, our experienced guide shares the history, architecture, and interesting stories connected to these locations.
We understand that every traveler has different expectations, especially regarding the amount of historical information. Our guide provides historical explanations and stories at each stop, so we encourage guests to stay engaged and listen along the route, as much of the historical context is shared verbally while we are standing at the landmarks.

Parks and buildings were all amazing.
I am very satisfied with the tour guy who show up even many decided to cancel due to air quality (fire coming from Canada) and smoke that you can hardly see anything; the atmosphere was very oppressive and many decided to stay indoor but the tour guy show up and explained me the situation, he decided to cancel the appointment but decided to walk around downtown detriothivever it almost impossible due to the high concentration of smoke and was kindly enough to walk to few monuments and stop by the guardian building but its was bad so he took somewhere else and amicably ended the tour.
