You’ll also learn about the great history of the Maumee River and how, when the wind changed direction in 1894, it saved downtown Toledo. You’ll have the opportunity to explore modern Toledo, too, by visiting nearby attractions like Promenade Park and Imagination Station, or dining and drinking al fresco along Summit Street.
