My wife, daughter and granddaughter loved the tour, especially the 3 springs! Captain Chris and our guide Crystal Lee (sp) both awesome. We experienced many manatee and other kinds of fish at the springs.
Captain Criss also served Manatee Mocha, coffee and hot cocoa. You definitely want to book the tour with this captain and guide!

Mermaid Amanda and Captain Colt were really flexible with our family of mixed ages from 4 to 76 years old. They made sure all of us felt comfortable and had the opportunity to view the manatees in a manner that was safe first and foremost for the manatees and of course for us as well. It was very clear to me that Amanda loves these animals and wanted to share the love and appreciation with us. I would highly recommend this tour company to another family!

Absolutely AMAZING experience. The boat captain (Todd) and guide (Amanda) were super fun and friendly! They made the trip so much better! Great up close viewing of the manatee....You could tell their only objective was to make sure we had the BEST time. The heated boat was toasty and very much appreciate since it was a cooler day. We were pampered with coffee and hot cocoa and dry towels when getting back on the boat....our package came with pictures...they took 92 pics of our group and 12 videos~.
This tour is by far the best experience and the best value out there

semi private tour much better than big group tour; only 6 of us total; Amanda the diver & "mermaid" was professional, kind & fun; saw manatees up close; also got to swim in Spring which was fun, clear & beautiful;

Phenomenal service and experience. Our guide, Giggles, and Captain Chris, went above and beyond. It was cold and the manatees were harder to find. They didn’t give up and made sure we had the best day out as possible. I was truly grateful to share this amazing, once in a lifetime experience with my family.

We had an absolute blast! We had Morgan as our guide & Ryan drove the boat! We had no idea she was taking the photo’s (we got the package but I didn’t even notice her taking them) she was very informative and really cared about the manatees

Captain Todd and Giggle, Leah, we're fantastic!! Today was a fabulous day to swim with manatees. We saw many of them. Captain Todda and Giggles made sure we hit a great spot to see the most manatees.

Amazing experience. Captain Todd, Leah and Jay were excellent. We saw probably close to 100 manatees. It was a chilly morning in the middle of a cold spell so there were higher numbers in the spring where we went. The wetsuits were great, they had one that fit our 8yr old perfectly. Airtemp was about 50 degrees, the water where we first jumped in was high 60s but then the spring water was 72 which is the same year round. We're from the north east, my husband and I didn't mind the temperatures at all, my son was cold after about an hour so we went back to boat and he was happy to warm up by the heater and drink hot chocolate. Will definitely do this again. Also, Captain Todd recommended The Crab Plant for lunch which we went to. Food was delicious and very reasonable but plan ahead because it's cash only.

We enjoyed our time with Captain Chris and Mermaid Amanda. They were great hosts and tour guides. They knew the manatees were behaving differently due the weather and volume of people. They were willing to take us to multiple places. They allowed us to swim with a couple manatees they found in canal. It was difficult to see them at times, but we did see them. While we were there a mom and baby swam near us too. They took us to another swim area to see other fish and fresh springs. It was great seeing this area too. Then we went to see if we could see an alligator. We did see an alligator and about a dozen turtles. They were very knowledgeable about the area. We really enjoyed the tour. They took great care of us, coffee & hot chocolate, towels, wet suits, snorkeling gear, and a heater to keep us warm. It was an overall wonderful experience.

We had an amazing time on this manatee adventure. Being able to swim with manatees up close was such a special experience, and everything about the tour felt well run and relaxed. The heated boat was a huge bonus, especially between swims — it made the whole trip much more comfortable.
The crew really deserves a shoutout. They were fantastic with our 10-year-old nephew, who was pretty nervous going into it. They were patient, encouraging, and took the time to explain things in a way that helped him feel at ease. There was never any pressure, and by the end he was smiling and so proud of himself.
Overall, this was a great experience and something we’ll be talking about for a long time. If you’re thinking about doing a manatee tour, I’d definitely recommend this one.

We watched a short facts film then got into our provided wetsuits and were driven by Amanda our guide , in a minibus to the dock where we met Captain Chris.
He said it would be a 3 second shock getting in the water but I didn’t notice. We were given our noodles and off we went with Amanda. We saw so many lovely manatees, far too many to count. We must have been in the water for over an hour we were so lucky there was only the 2 of us on this trip.
Chris put the see through curtains down on the boat and put the heater on ready for our return. It was so lovely and warm when we got back on and we both had hot chocolate.
The trip was sensational and definitely THE BEST EXPERIENCE YOU CAN HAVE.
We came from England to do this and were certainly delighted with this trip.
Much better than the day after which was a boat trip where there were 12 on the boat and we saw about 5 underwater of course .

Amazing experience! Morgan and Chris were an amazing crew. They were both knowledgeable and friendly which made our experience positive. Our visit with the manatees was something that we won’t forget. I really appreciated that we were able to swim with the manatees without a lot of other tours around. A huge thank you to Morgan and Chris for giving us this experience. The hot drinks, heated boat and towels were great to have on an overcast day. I highly recommend this company when snorkeling with the manatees. We will definitely be back.

This is the company to pick for this!!!! The heated enclosed boat is NEEDED!!! Amanda is very passionate and knows so much about manatees beyond basic knowledge; and colt also has a ton of guide experience and stories to share. They have clean facilities including a hot shower after, 3mm clean wetsuits, everything felt so clean the boat etc. So glad we went with this company the other groups looked miserably cold. Cute gift shop. Bring clothes to put on after you get out of water. 10/10 experience. Also get the tickets with the photo package!

Thank you so much we just recently moved to our new shop so we are trying hard to make it most comfortable for all our guest . We believe Amanda was a manatee in a past life LOL . Colt has been doing this for a few years now and was a guide before he became a Captain. Thank you again for spending the day with us .
