Captain Tyler and Jake did a great job. They made sure everyone had an opportunity to see manatees. They gave an upcclose experience with the manatees and made everyone enjoy themselves and have a wonderful time. The hot chocolate at the end was a great finishing touch.

This was very organized, and both our Captain Glen and Ross, our Manatee swim guide/expert made this such a memorable amazing experience!
While in the water, I kept following what Glen was talking to us, he kept guiding from the boat the entire time and telling us how to do things, where the animals were, and reminded us of how to approach etc! This was such a delight! We also saw a somewhat big snapping turtle!!!!
We went to 2 more areas to dive again, including a very secluded spring area by a house that no one really knows about with see through waters. We saw beautiful birds too.
I want to come earlier in the year as there will be way more manatees as well. It was 10 of us on the boat, perfect mini group size.

Booking through Viator was an absolute disaster. The first booking was cancelled with NO notice. Luckily I got on the night before to make sure I had the address so I discovered our booking was cancelled. I then booked again and our booking was transfered to another vendor without notice and we ended up having to go to another manatee tour business. We made the boat late because of all of this. The people there said "when you book through a third party app like this they don't provide them your contact information incase anything changes" the manatee tour itself was FANTASTIC!! The captain and tour guide were both amazing humans and very accommodating.

Super fun! Really good with kids.
Tour was a little over three hours long.wetsuits, mask, and snorkel (and hot cocoa) was provided for us. We had so much fun!

We had a great day searching for manatees. Our captain Mike would spot them and our guide Ross would find them in the water for us. It was really fun. Would definitely bring others for the experience.

Staff was great with the kids ages 4,11 and 13. The 4 year old doesn't swim yet and staff too extra time to make sure that she was comfortable and safe. Everyone said that this was the favorite activity we did in Florida and that says alot.

Dani and Mike took us straight to Kings Bay, which had so many manatee to see. Their expertise and kindness along with their knowledge of the gentle giants made this adventure fantastic.

We had an amazing time swimming with the manatees! I went with my family which included a 4 year old and twin 9 month olds. Taylor was our captain and Bri was our guide. They were both friendly and knowledgeable! They were very welcoming and we had no issues bringing our infants with us. They were able to hang out on the pontoon while we took turns swimming so that someone was always onboard with them. My 4 year old was able to go out and swam on my back for a bit then Bri offered to take him with her. We got to see the manatees and even a few babies! Such an amazing experience!

It was great! The guides were extremely knowledgeable and we saw 5 manatees up close. I’m taking 1 star off because 2 of our masks didn’t work so well. The nose kept filling up with water and my daughter and I couldn’t snorkel that well.

Our experience was on April 3 with Ryan. Ryan and the captain worked hard for us in finding a manatee to have a close-up experience with. It was really amazing get up close to such a calm and peaceful animal. The great surprise was the photos that Ryan got of a mother and pup that we not able to swim with and finally with the manatee that we spent about 10 minutes swimming along with. Thanks for such a fun day!

You are going to see a lot of manatee! And up close. The area is very congested with kayaks, boats and snorkelers so you need to be ok with that

We had an amazing time on this tour! It was a once in a lifetime dream for me and they really made our time fantastic! There were so many manatees and they were all friendly! It was quite busy but everyone was respectful! I couldn’t recommend this place more! 1000 stars!

Even on a cloudy day with less visibility, the experience was AMAZING! We saw several manatees, including a mom with two calves who were very curious about us. Our guide was super-knowledgeable and the boatman was slow and careful.

Seeing the manatee in its natural habitat. The captain was great and very knowledgeable. They knew exactly where to look for the manatee and even though it was summer time we still had a great experience

The tour guide tried to be personable and was nice. It didn’t take long for us to get to the spot and the water was nice and COLD!!! But it was a little crowded and everyone’s feet was in everyone’s face because there was only one manatee sleeping in the corner. It was dark so it was hard to see where you were going. Not worth it.

Hi Jama, Thank you for coming out with us. Our interactions do vary day by day in the summer time. Manatees are wild animals and we can in no way affect there behavior. Sometimes manatees are sleeping, sometimes feeding or sometimes they are extremely interactive. Please come back and see us and hopefully we can give you a five star experience!
