Very enjoyable. Kaitlyn was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and down to earth. We loved the clear kayak. The young ladies at the dock helped us in and out of our kayak. They even gave us socks to wear so our feet would not get cold.

It was such fun, learned a lot, the manatees are awesome! Heavenly was the best! Didn’t realize that there was a hit spring that the manatees liked.

Excellent experience! Saw at least 10 manatees, Moms & babies. Tour guides were helpful & friendly. Morning was very cold, bring a jacket, gloves & a hat. They provided socks. There a a gift shop nearby. You pay for parking. We had a great time.

We happened to go on a warm day in March. We did not see any manatees, but we had fun! Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot and hope to try again next year before it gets warm.

No guarantee you will see manatees but it was very educational and our guide (Heavenly) was super great as was the other employees, they made it fun and worth while.

Unfortunately, when it gets warm, they leave the bay, but we tell everyone that it's their perfect opportunity to grab some food! We are glad that our staff made the trip fun, even though we didn't see manatees!

Just a heads up. Take this if you want to go 2 person kayaking in a great kayaking spot. Don’t take it to go see Manatees. Even if you do get lucky enough to come past one it will be swimming deep and you won’t to able to see it. There is no expectation you will be kayaking into an area with a bunch of them frolicking around the top of the water for you to watch.

Delaney and heavenly were wonderful guides. Gave a lot of good information but because it was warm, busy and crowded, we didn’t get to see any manatees.

The tour company went to great efforts to provide the guests a safe experience. Their team work was the best I’ve experienced in any kayaking tour.
This time of year there is no guarantee you’ll see manatees, but our guide knew where to find them. Our tour was detoured to scope out these magnificent creates. We saw 5+ manatees & a calf.

Tour guide Kyle was amazing, very knowledgeable about the manatees. He knew all the best spots for sighting and how best to view them. Suggest a morning tour for most activity and fewer people.

Lily was friendly and informative. The kayaks are very nice and well maintained. You have to leave your shoes in the deck box at the dock, so don't bother buying special water shoes like we did! The waters are very calm. We saw only two manatee, and they just looked like big rocks resting on the bottom of the water. We're told it has gotten too warm to see many of them like shown in the photos. We went the last day of February, just FYI. Oh- great tour operator here. An earlier trip had to cancel because of rain, and they issued a full refund to my credit card.

Going early in the day was great! Saw many manatees and the waters weren’t crowded yet. We booked at 9:00am. Kyle was an excellent guide and was very informative. A great way to see and learn about manatees!

It is pretty hectic between all the pontoon tours, swimmers, private motor boats and other kayaks. But saw a bunch on manatees, and our guide was great.

Our guide Lillie was amazing on this Saturday afternoon tour and so were the mantees! We saw 13 manatees in various locations and some with babies! Our tour group size was just right (only 8 of us) ensuring that our viewing was personalized as much as possible and never crowded. We truly appreciate the digital photos sent to us at the end of the day. I highly recommend this tour group.

Delaney was so much fun and so much information. I got to meet 2 Tom and 2 Mary’s, married couples that repent marriage at its finest and longest. I went on this tour in Weeki watchi and the water was very murky ( also went in summer) this tour had Crystal clear waters. Def do between Nov and March! Tour was organized, easy check in, we got on kayaks quickly, returning was swift and easy. I highly recommend this tour!

Would have enjoyed getting closer to more manatees. We understand the manatees’ need for an undisturbed area, but seeing more swimming in the river would have been been great.

We loved our Kayak adventure!! We felt the warm welcome from this company from the ladies at the registration desk to our amazing guide Kyle. This is his part time job as her finishes his doctorate. He puts his educational prowess to practice by giving us extra fun facts about the personal history and migration habits of the manatees. He was knowledgeable about the favorite hiding spots for the manatees. This adventure did not disappoint. You are guaranteed to see lots of manatees. He was passionate about directing our tour in a safe manner always making sure the manatees were protected. Kyle is an amazing photographer. He took fabulous pictures and videos which captured many fun memories from our day. The pictures and videos were free!!! Kyle gave us great dinner and lunch recommendations so we could enjoy the favorite local hot spots while we were visiting the city. Kyle was the highlight of our excursion. He was a great ambassador for Crystal River community.

You will see manatees, a lot of manatees, and even more of them. Arrive on a sunny day in February and you will not be disappointed. The guide is knowledgeable, the boats cool and the manatees playful. Highly recommended.

Kyle and Delaney were excellent guides. They shared their knowledge of the waterways, the eco systems, birds and of course the manatees. It was obvious they loved their job and made this experience very fun and enjoyable. The clear kayaks were pretty cool because numerous times the manatees were right under the kayak. It is also helpful to have low water depth polarized sunglasses. The weekend was very crowded with snorklers, kayakers and boaters.
