Your 90-minute evening bioluminescence kayaking tour of the Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge begins when you meet your guide and small group at the designated meeting point. Get familiar with your gear—including the kayak, paddle, and life jacket—before taking to the water.
Paddle through protected wetlands, learning more about the area and the magical bioluminescence as you keep an eye out for it. There is practically no light pollution here, meaning the conditions are great for seeing the natural wonder, as well as the dark night skies when the weather is clear.
Your guide will take you to the best places for seeing the bioluminescence, will keep you safe on the sea after dark, and will provide an experience that would be very hard for you to have independently.

Brea was an excellent tour guide giving our small group plenty of opportunities to see the bioluminescent comb jellyfish. She is very knowledgeable so you will learn a lot about the area. We also saw some dolphins in the moonlight and could hear the manatees come up for air. It is a great trip!

We drove 3 hours round trip and they told us that we were on a weather delay and waited for an hour and could be waiting all night and our guide said that the likelihood is that we would not be going out. Mind you we already drove close to 2 hours and this company refuses to give any money back, only rain checks which is very frustrating because we were from out of town and left the next day so we got shafted $350 for 5 of us. Very unfortunate that the company wouldn’t work with us or budge

The tour and tour guides were AWESOME! What a great experience. We had to wait out the wind but got to see a rocket launch while we waited. Highly recommend for families.

I loved this so much! When you paddle, all these jellyfish light up! We caught some in a clear jar and it was as bright as a lamp!

Brea was an excellent tour guide giving our small group plenty of opportunities to see the bioluminescent comb jellyfish. She is very knowledgeable so you will learn a lot about the area. We also saw some dolphins in the moonlight and could hear the manatees come up for air. It is a great trip!

Was a beautiful night but the bioluminescence was disappointing Also at times can be stressful if you’re not a experienced kayaker because you are bunched up with other kayakers and you might run into them.
