Excellent Excellent tour. The tour was not rushed. A lot of information was given. Jason was not just going through the motions of the tour but giving it as it was he's first tour. Will be going back.

If you are in Chattanooga this is a fun activity to do with a group. Jason our guide is a great story teller! History and ghost stories are two some things my girlfriend loves so this was perfect. We plan to go back with friends!

We had a very fun time and our tour guide was great. We got to
See a lot of cool buildings, and the history of the town. Overall it was fun and I would recommend going on this tour.

Hi Alicia, I am really puzzled by your review. You toured with Jason, and as can be seen from the many reviews about his tours across all review sites, everyone always loves him, including other guests who were on the same tour as you. Also, I am not sure what you are categorizing as "a few spots," but I believe he usually includes at least 5 or 6 stops, which is all we can cover in the hour and a half (or his tours are usually I think an hour and 40 minutes, because he goes over and above for his guests) and still give the most enjoyable details, rather than just skim a story while practically just passing by, as some tours do. I also did a search through the reviews and no one has EVER called his tour cheesy before.
I'm sorry you didn't enjoy the tour.

This is the best ghost tour we have been on! Jessica was absolutely fantastic. She was funny and knowledgeable about the city and history of it.
The only downside was the size of the group, if you were too far back you couldn’t hear her.

What a great time we had learning about the history & spirits of Chattanooga! The owner, Amy, did a great job communicating with us about the status of our tour, due to forecasted inclement weather. Despite the spooky weather, our guide, Jessica, maintained her ghostly composure and shared interesting stories & photos that captured our attention & stoked our curiosity. We learned alot of history about the buildings & the population. Come with a curious mind and an active imagination!
Definitely wear comfy walking shoes & bring an umbrella in case of inclement weather.

Everyone else has posted about how great this tour is. I want to talk about how great the tour company is. We arrived in Charlotte and I had a migraine. I texted the tour company with just a few hours to spare and explained the situation. They contacted me almost immediately and offered me a refund or the opportunity to change dates. I gladly change dates for the next day. They were so kind and quick to make the change, both texting and emailing me all the information I needed and making sure that I knew the new times and meeting spot even though the tour agreement did not require them to do any of this. They are a super company and really nice people.

The tour guide would stop mid-story and not complete his thought, he seemed high. We could have done a better job looking the information up online and reading it ourselves.

Hi Michelle. I have looked back through all my bookings AND waivers for a month, and do not have a traveller with the first name Michelle, and no one with a last name starting with C where a first name remotely resembled Michelle. You do not name your guide and your description does not at all sound like our only male guide, so I am thinking perhaps you were not actually on our tour. Please contact me so that I can determine whether you were in fact on our tour. If you were and there was a genuine issue on it, I will make it right, though I think perhaps you were on a national chain's tour.
