I took my daughter and her boyfriend on this tour and we had an AMAZING time. Brittany was our tour guide! She was fun, knowledgeable, good with her facts and held our attention. Definitely would recommend doing this tour. I leaned a lot about Chattanooga, more than I even expected. We are all very grateful for Brittany and would definitely do the tour again with her!

Caleb was entertaining and handled the ongoing night life around us like a champ! He didn’t lose one guest with us to the Cherry Street bars either! The Read House information was by far my favorite!

The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately it was hard to hear. Whisper ear mics would have been very helpful. I also would have liked to go into buildings like the read hotel but all in all it was an average tour.

Caleb was an awesome tour guide! It was such a fun ghost tour filled with lots of stories and histories about the city!
Kay Kay was super knowledgeable about the history of the city and did a great job. She did a wonderful job explaining a couple of mysteries.
Caleb was a great tour guide. He was very informative, answered all of our questions, and kept us engaged in the history of Chatanooga. Our favorite site was the Read Hotel, and we can't wait to go back there and look around.
Our guide was awesome and she shared a wealth of knowledge on the history of Chattanooga. The ghost stories and tours were great too! She had connections and got us into the Read House.
The tour could have been wonderful like the other tours I have booked that were similar to this one. But this one fell way short! Tour guide, Caleb, told more personal stories than stories that everyone was looking forward to learn about history and curses. Walked around to look at nothing. Really disappointing and would not recommend.
My husband, son, and I had a blast learning about the history of Chattanooga. We're locals and found there was still so much to discover about our own city.
Loved all the stories! Caleb was an awesome guide. He did such a good job telling the stories and adding some personal experiences gave it a personal touch. Definitely would do again!
Downtown chattanooga is not a safe place to walk around in the dark at night. It was just 3 girls on the tour including the guide. I was worried we were going to get robbed the whole time, couldn’t even pay attention to what she was saying. Some of the stories were cool and some were just long and drawn out. Idk why she was even talking about green eyes on the tour, the green eye ghost is over in GA, so why mention it on a chattanooga tour. Was to expensive and definitely not safe.
Thought since it was an “adult only” tour there would be something really shocking or spooky, but there wasn’t. The guide did a great job telling the history of Chattanooga. Would’ve enjoyed going to locations where different apparitions had been documented (shown pics/videos to back it). Felt very cheesy
The Tour guide was Great! His personality and story telling ability was excellent. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the event and will definitely do it again!!
We waited for our guide at the designated meeting place. No one showed up so we called the 800 number. We were told our guide called out 10 minutes ago.

Wanted a haunted tour , but was just history . Thought we would go in haunted buildings , was not expecting this tour .

Thanks for your feedback. We are an outdoor walking tour. We do not enter locations due to private properties, city regulations, operating hours and additional fees. All of our tales are researched and historically accurate as history and hauntings go hand in hand.
The tour guide was a nice man. The tour was so incredibly boring. We walked around 2 blocks with him reciting memorized scripts and forced laughs. It was awkward at best. I don’t want to mess with the man’s livelihood, but he should not be doing this job.

Was a nice history lesson. It wasn't completely focused on the hauntinhs but more so on the city of Chattanooga it's self.
