Truly interesting! The chocolate tasting was excellent. Enjoyed learning about the process of working with other countries as well as how chocolate is made. Would go back again.

People who work at Bixby's are super nice, the chocolate is delectable, the tour was quite interesting & the location is convenient if you're coming off a cruise ship. We really enjoyed it!

It was excellent!! I was impressed with the selections and discussions!! We probably tasted over 10 different kinds of chocolate, learned the history of chocolate making, and even got to sample a possible future product. I love how the owner has honored family and local history in her company and products.
