- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested

- Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
- When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate

The driver never showed up. Our flight came in just before midnight so the car was scheduled for very very early the next "morning". No show!

I scheduled this transportation service 4 hours before flight left Miami at 3pm. When my flight landed around 5.20pm I called to see where to our ride and the lady stated that Viator quoted me the wrong price and no they would not be there yo pick me up... she said she called and left me a voice message around 3.30. WELL I WAS ON THE DKY FLYING WITH NO SERVICE... they had my flight info and should have known that... if they cared about the customer.
She cursed at me and called me stupid for not paying yhe correct amount and then hung up the phone on me. I remained my cool on the phone the entire time and attempted to try and get a word in so that I could see how.much extra I needed to pay.... needless to say she never offered that info and I was never able to ask because she went off on me a d hung up the phone.
I WAS HURT THAT A COMPANY WOULD DO THIS TO A CUSTOMER!
If there was a mistake it could have been handled with a lot more respect. I have never been treated so rudely. I am not from this area. Furthermore, North Atlanta was not an option on Viator.
I have used this company many times as I have traveled over the U.S. never have I ever received this treatment. It is safe to say that I now have reservations about this area and this company.
I am traveling to Hawaii in a few weeks and need to schedule transportation and excursions but I am now scared to book anything through Viator now. Not saying I won't. But I will definitely read the reviews thoroughly before booking anything ever again..

Although we have never had a problem with Viator on past vacations, this trip was a bad experience. We scheduled a pickup from the airport in Atlanta and the car was a NO SHOW. We contacted vendor they told us our destination (Buckhead) was too far. We got an Uber which was cheaper and the driver was courteous.

Transfer from airport was not waiting for us even though they had our flight number. After waiting about 15 minutes at baggage claim, as instructed in their email confirmation, I called them. They couldn’t contact the driver and offered to send an Uber. They said they would pay for it but I had to make the initial request and payment for an Uber. I declined this offer with concern I would not be refunded. They attempted to contact the driver again, and again driver was unreachable. Our transfer was supposed to be a mini van. They ended up sending us ride from another company in an SUV. Will NOT be using Viator again.

Pickup and Vehicle experience was great. The reason for the poor rating is that the driver from Carmel Car & Limousine Service spent a good portion of the trip complaining about the fare the his company had negotiated for the trip, insisting it should be higher. This made the the ride tense and awkward.

We arrived after a late evening flight only to find no driver present. When we called, they told us there was an oversight and the driver was still in town. And it would be 20 minutes for him to get to the airport (from downtown Atlanta? Really?). Then the story changes that he was at the airport and stuck in airport traffic. It was almost 11 pm and there was no airport traffic. Then he said he was stuck in the rain. Again, very little drizzle and no traffic. We called Viator after 20 mins to cancel this service. We took an Uber to our hotel instead. The driver texted us 2 hours after our flight arrival while we were asleep in our room to say he’d arrived.

Flights were delayed and cacelled 5 times due to winter weather. Called tour operater and the were so responsive and easy to work with. Sadly we did not get there. Every 3 years we are here for a conference and I will definitely book again with you. Thanks for everything!

Nothing. Driver never showed up to take us from hotel to Atlanta airport. Had to take a cab. Ride was prepaid. Don’t think this company cares on the prepaid riders. On October the 2nd my driver was not where is say he was going to be. I was walking up and down once I got off the airplane. On October the 4th my transportation did not pick me up at the hotel. When I made my reservation all detailed information for was given for my round trip service. I had to catch a cab which cost me $40. I’m very disappointed with the service beginning and end. I’m not happy at all.

This was not a good experience I was told the driver would meet me at baggage claim with a sign with my name was not there driver called and had me meet him on the other side of the airport very unprofessional. When I got outside to met the driver and the car was old and dirty advertised as luxury car would not recommend to anyone.

The driver should have been informed NOT to call my home phone in Richmond when we were waiting for him in the Atlanta baggage claim as told. We were not informed he would be outside in the car. FINALLY after much wrangling he explained where he was on my cell phone & we found him. It was nerve wracking for me as I am elderly & did not know where or if we were going to be picked up. You should inform your riders and drivers of new rules before everyone gets frustrated. We were left with a nervous experience from the airport to the hotel.

It was not made clear where we were to have met the driver and it was more than several minutes before we figured out where we needed to be to get picked up. However, our driver was very pleasant and accommodating and got us to our hotel.
