We had to wait over an hour despite having an appointment. The staff was not friendly nor communicative about the delay. We had fun once we got started, but it was overshadowed by the poor customer service. The Viator experience description didn’t clearly state that you can’t take the item home same day. You have to come back 3 days later which isn’t an option for us. That needs to be made for clear!

We’re glad you enjoyed the activity once it began, and we understand how a frustrating start can affect the overall experience. Because pieces need time to dry, they are typically ready about three days later. We will update the Viator description to make this clearer for future guests.
