Nous avons payé 31€ pour cette activité, espérant découvrir Athènes de manière ludique et interactive. Malheureusement, l'expérience a été extrêmement décevante.
L'accès pour s'identifier sur l'application est compliqué et peu intuitif. De plus, si l'on quitte l'application pour une quelconque raison, il est impossible de reprendre là où l'on s'était arrêté : il faut tout recommencer depuis le début, ce qui est très frustrant.
Le GPS ne fonctionnait pas malgré trois tentatives, rendant la navigation difficile. Certaines informations étaient obsolètes (monuments fermés, erreurs dans les descriptions) et parfois même manquantes. Les informations affichées disparaissaient après une seule consultation, ce qui compliquait encore l'utilisation.
La carte fournie était confuse, sans possibilité de créer son propre itinéraire. L'ensemble manquait cruellement de fluidité et de clarté, contrairement à d'autres jeux de piste que nous avons faits dans des villes comme Paris ou Bordeaux.
Pour 31€, la qualité est très loin d'être au rendez-vous. Nous regrettons profondément cet achat. Nous déconseillons cette activité tant qu'une mise à jour sérieuse de l'application, du contenu et de l'ergonomie n'aura pas été réalisée.
