Such a fun and delicious class! The chef and instructor Stam was excellent and taught us how to make traditional recipes and explained the history behind them. Best class we have ever taken. Highly recommend to everyone.

Chef Spyros was the perfect teacher, chef, and entertainer. We had the most amazing time. This was the fourth and final cooking class we had as part of our European vacation and it was by far the best of the series. The prep kitchen was set up perfectly for the class size and the level of instruction was top notch. The atmosphere during the class as well as during the dinner afterwards were wonderful. And the food of course was outstanding. We could not have asked for a better experience.

This was one of our favorite experiences of our visit to Athens. Our chef was very prepared and gave us great background information about the recipes we were creating. He made it a lot of fun and the end products were delicious. Enjoying our delicious meal on a rooftop overlooking the Acropolis was the best! I highly recommend this experience. Can't wait to try some of these recipes now that I have returned home.

Spyros was an absolutely fantastic chef and instructor! My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful time learning how to cook traditional Greek dishes, and we’re definitely planning to recreate them for our friends once we’re back home. The small class was perfect, it made the experience feel personal and gave everyone plenty of opportunities to participate in the cooking.
Eating everything we prepared together on the rooftop was the perfect cherry on top of an already wonderful class. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

This was truly such a fun and magical experience! If you love food and/or cooking this is a must do while you are in Athens! Costas is patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He will walk through everything step by step through all the courses. I came as a solo traveler and this was so much fun to meet and enjoy the art of cooking with others. 10/10 recommend!

Wasn't sure what to expect, but the chef was engaging, got the 8 of us in the class involved and wou d up with a great dinner on the rooftop looking at the Acropolis. Wine was extra, but not a problem...but the end result, the dinner was fresh, clean and good!

I had such a wonderful experience at cooking class with Chef Spyros!
What impressed me most was how much we accomplished — we cooked 5 five different Greek dishes!
The class was very well structured, with all the ingredients beautifully prepared in advance and everything fresh and high quality. 👌🏻
We cooked for almost four hours, yet the time flew by. Spyros is a wonderful host and teacher. He kept everyone engaged throughout the class, involving each person in different ways — giving us hands-on tasks, asking questions, encouraging us, and always making the experience fun and interactive.
I especially enjoyed all the interesting details he shared about the ingredients and Greek cuisine. I learned a lot while actually cooking, which made the experience even more memorable.
And the perfect ending: after the class, we enjoyed the dishes we had prepared together at the rooftop restaurant, with wine thoughtfully paired with our food. Such a beautiful way to finish the evening!

Spyros was an excellent chef teacher and guide in this cooking experience. Not only did I learn some cooking skills but I learned about Greek culture and food and the application of them to today’s food culture. Spyros was serious yet fun and I can tell he is a great mentor to up and coming chefs. He was kind to talk with our son Enious. Looking forward to coming back and eating in the artist.

Great evening of cooking and food was fabulous! Too much to eat actually so brought our spinach pie home for breakfast! Chef was amazing and explained all the ingredient choices, how to determine when to add thickeners, fold in ingredients and temper food....so good!
We also had the wine pairings of local greek wines and they were a great compliment to the food choices! Great company to spend the night with and a wonderful rooftop view!

It was a great class and the food was delicious but I prefer having my own work space and cooking everything individually. In this class you make nearly everything together and so for one dish you might get to stir the pot if your chosen but for the most part you are just watching. I am not a big fan of these kind of cooking classes. But for what it was , it was great and I enjoyed it. Great teacher, great food and great atmosphere. If you don’t care about getting super hands on with the cooking then you will enjoy it. It was a nice way to spend the evening.

It is by far the most fun and interactive part of our trip. You walk away learning something, eating something, and in our case getting to meet some really great people. Our instructor had such great charisma and knowledge. Easiest 5/5 ever.

Cooking with Spiros was a very enjoyable experience. It is clear that he really loves cooking and people, and sharing his time and knowledge with others - we were all impressed that he even memorized all our names within the first 5 minutes, all 14 of us!! Everything was very well organized, and we all joined in with the preparations for our wonderful meal afterwards. I will definitely recommend his classes.

Fantastic experience! I’m not necessarily a foodie nor do I know my way around the kitchen, but my wife really wanted to do this class. What a great decision! Our teacher/chef Spirros was awesome! He had a great personality and uniquely made each of us comfortable, often with some humor and charm. After the 5 couples, in the class, completed the cooking, Spirros joined us to eat the food we each cooked. Unbelievable how 11 strangers turned into friends over the course of 4 hours, much to the credit of Spirros. We’d do it again!!

One of the best cooking classes I've attended. Well organized, and we had the opportunity to make a number of dishes. Stan is very personable and made the class very enjoyable. After making the dishes, we were able to dine with our fellow classmates, and had a very enjoyable day.
