Great Experience in Athens!

I booked this transportation the afternoon before we left, once I realized the transportation our hotel could provide cost €55 more than this one. We are a family of six, so with all of our luggage we needed a van at minimum. I booked around 2:00 p.m. and then sent a message to the provider asking for a 6:45 a.m. pick up the next day. I received a response back within a few minutes confirming the pickup time. Our driver was outside of our hotel by 6:30 a.m. and patiently waited for us to checkout and drag all of our suitcases out. The van that he drove was large and clean, with water provided. The drive to the airport was uneventful and comfortable, and I was so pleased that everything worked out well! 100% recommend!

Haris the driver and explainer!

Haris was superb. We requested a tour of Athens on the way to our hotel at the airport from our cruise ship, fo an additional fee of course. There were 9 of to include all their luggage and hand carry items. Haris met us at the landing off our cruise ship and immediately recognized our smaller children were having issues with their bags. He stepped right up and helped where needed as he guided us to our vehicle then efficiently loaded all our bags. We were then treated to several sites in Athens and allowed to disembark and rake photos while he provided historical narratives along the way. Although he acknowledged he wasn't a tour guide he did an extremely good job on the historical sites. We all recognize his talents and had a great time.

Highly recommend - our...

Highly recommend - our driver met us just outside baggage claim and had all our flight info. He helped us with our luggage and was just a short three minute walk to the van. Very comfortable with cold waters waiting after a very long day of flights. Worth not having to worry about transportation after landing!

A taste of Athens

One of the more successful, well rounded Viator food tours we have done - though the group was not “small” (13) they were congenial, and our guide handled them well. We saw a nice balance of raw ingredients and finished dishes, and the amount of food was not overwhelming and did not lean too heavily on alcohol. It would have been better to have chosen the AM session, as the covered market was virtually finished for the day when we visited. I would have enjoyed seeing it going full blast! Had we been staying longer, we would certainly have revisited some shops!

Exceptional Stamos!

Stamos from Opa Tours was exceptional. He monitored our flight and was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived early. He picked us up right from the exit doors and I was a smooth ride into Athens for the 6 of us. Stamos also went out of his way to get us to our hotel in the heart of Athens despite a road bicycle race that had most of the streets closed to vehicles.
