We meet outside the Acropolis Metro Station. If arriving by metro, take the Makrygianni /Dionysiou Arepaghitou exit. Please go up to the street level and find the sign for “Akropoli.” Your guide will be waiting with a sign displaying your names.

- Baby strollers of any kind are not permitted within the Acropolis site. Kids under 6 are not permitted on this tour.
- No wheelchairs, walkers, nor elevator access available during the tour. Please consider mobility limitations before booking
- Arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes before start time. Our tours depart punctually. We have specific entry times reserved for the Acropolis.
- Tickets are timed and expire within 5 to 10 minutes. Noshows are not refunded. You cannot join our tours after they started.
- Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.

There were so many people there we lost radio contact frequently with our tour guide. Lots of renovations going on here and you have to have patience getting to the top. Overall our guide was awesome and all the things that were wrong were not the fault of the tour guide.

Was okay. However, the guide did not keep track of my parents who are senior citizens and it was hard to keep up. Further, my father suffered from a pickpocketing incident.

Our guides do their best to maintain a comfortable pace for the group and to ensure everyone stays together, but on scheduled shared tours it is the responsibility of each guest to remain with the group. For senior travelers, we always recommend slower-paced or private tours where the guide can adjust entirely to their needs.
We are also very sorry to hear about the pickpocketing incident. Unfortunately, pickpocketing is a known issue in major European cities, and it can happen anywhere tourists gather. Guides regularly warn guests to keep personal belongings secure, but this is ultimately beyond the control of any tour operator.
We hope your parents otherwise enjoyed their visit, and if you return in the future, we would be happy to recommend more suitable tour formats for comfort and safety.

Lot of crowds as anticipated. The guide was very knowledgeable, upbeat and friendly. We used earpieces to make it much easier to hear what she had to say and she answered many, many questions.

We had a small group tour of the Acropolis. Everything was well organized and went very smoothly. Our tour guide, Frossa, was extremely knowledgeable, personable and carefully made sure that everyone in the group was together. A great experience!

Our guide had an excellent grasp of the history behind our tour. She consistently kept our group informed about the history of the ruins and how they are being restored for future generations to enjoy. I would do this tour over if I was able to travel there again! ☆☆☆☆☆

More difficult than explanation provided. I was not able to complete due to knee issues. Tour guide seemed good, but know one informed me there was an elevator to top.

Thank you for your feedback. The Acropolis is indeed located on top of a hill — as its name suggests — and the tour is described as moderate since it involves walking and climbing. Please note that there is no elevator access.

Don't be late they take your money and then won't give you your tickets. We were late because of the taxie driver and traffic they wouldn't meet us to give us our tickets and just took our money!! Worst experience ever! Don't book with this company! They would not wait even 10 minutes.

As clearly stated in your tour confirmation, voucher, and reminders, all participants must arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Our tours begin promptly because the admission tickets are timed and expire within minutes.
Unfortunately, you arrived late and missed the tour. As a result, we are unable to offer a refund. Please ensure you arrive on time for any future bookings to avoid disappointment.

The walking tour of the Acropolis and Parthenon was fabulous. Our tour guide Dora, shared relevant history with us, made certain that we visited the ideal photo spots, and she also made certain that we had necessary stops during our accent up the hilly terrain to the Acropolis.

Our Acropolis tour started at 9 for 2 hours. We were met on time by a really friendly tour guide. 20 minutes of the allotted time was wasted by our group using the toilets as there was a large queue, once we got going the tour was very informative, as you would expect there are lots of tours all doing the route so space at times was tricky to see the relevant historical areas being talked about. Our guide was choosing shady spots to stand which was a blessing. Everything was explained very well and was really interesting. She asked for our headphones back at 10.30 as the rest of the group was heading to the museum. I don’t really feel we got the full 2 hours, but we were allowed to stay there and explore on our own, which we did. Was it worth it? Yes I would say as otherwise you don’t understand the history behind this area.

Avoid this tour. We were late for 7 min. Because if a bus accident before us. And without informing, without communicating, we were informed the tour has departed. We were not given information about who the tour guide was. What was your guides name, and it a proper location. They charged us 550 Euro for 5 people and said that they are doing us a favour by giving the tickets for us to go and do our own tour and that we shoudl be grateful. There are plenty of others tours. These are not people who love their work. It's a money making scam.

The tour notes are very clear: guests must be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the start time. This is because the skip-the-line admission tickets we receive from the site are valid only for a short window. If someone arrives late, the entire group risks losing entry.
In this case, you arrived 7 minutes after the tour had started. While we understand that delays can happen, it is each guest’s responsibility to be on time. Joining a group tour means respecting both the schedule and the other participants.
If you prefer more flexibility with timing, we recommend booking a private tour, where the schedule can be adapted to your personal pace and needs.
