We meet outside the Acropolis Metro Station. If arriving by metro, take the Makrygianni /Dionysiou Arepaghitou exit. Please go up to the street level and find the sign for “Akropoli.” Your guide will be waiting with a sign displaying your names.

- Baby strollers of any kind are not permitted within the Acropolis site. Kids under 6 are not permitted on this tour.
- No wheelchairs, walkers, nor elevator access available during the tour. Please consider mobility limitations before booking
- Arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes before start time. Our tours depart punctually. We have specific entry times reserved for the Acropolis.
- Tickets are timed and expire within 5 to 10 minutes. Noshows are not refunded. You cannot join our tours after they started.
- Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.

We had a wonderful tour of the Acropolis in Athens, Greece! Our tour guide was fantastic—very organized, accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable. She provided a wealth of interesting information about the history and significance of the Acropolis, while also making the experience engaging and enjoyable.
The pace of the tour up the hill was perfect, allowing us to take our time, enjoy the incredible views, and fully appreciate the experience without feeling rushed. She was very attentive to our needs and made sure everyone was comfortable along the way.
We truly appreciated her expertise, professionalism, and warm personality. She made our visit to the Acropolis memorable and gave us a much deeper appreciation for this incredible historic site. We highly recommend this tour and our wonderful guide!
Overall the tour was good. Our guide was friendly and kept things moving at a decent pace despite the crowds.
The acropolis was very crowded with many tour groups up a very steep hill on a very hot day. Our guide had us walk up a sidewalk and enter in a way that was not strenuous at all, a very comfortable walk. Our group was small and she kept us together while giving some free time to explore and take pictures. We never felt overwhelmed by the crowds at all. She knew so much about the history of the area and Greece and was an excellent communicator, friendly, funny and smart.
The meeting place was very very very confusing almost everyone was late because they were unclear about the meeting spot. I also feel it should be labeled as strenuous
The tour was great. Highly recommend the early morning option mine was 8:00. Beat the heat and some of the crowds. The views were spectacular and again, do the early morning to beat some of the heat and crowds!
Tour guide EVA was great. Very knowledgeable and kind. Answered many questions that I had and was a pleasure.
Only criticism is that I didn’t realize that I didn’t book the tour with the museum visit included, so I was literally dropped off at the entry to the museum. If I knew it was all one group, I would’ve happily paid extra to join as the rest of my group continued to the museum and it was sort of awkward to be left there.
Great tour and our guide was fabulous! She was knowledgeable and also allowed us some free time to look around.
I was running a few minutes behind - and understandably the tour started and I wasn’t able running around looking for the meeting place but wasn’t clear (no signage)
I wasn’t able to communicate with my host, Jessica in a timely manner as the viator app kept crashing and the metro had no reception.
Note to tour company - give us the tickets in advance so if we miss the group/ then we can still do the self guided tour ourselves; instead ended up buying another ticket for the next slot
Great tour especially our guide Frosso . She was very knowledgeable and took great care of us, because was very hot and she put us in the shade as much as possible. Would recommend
Ability to walk, climb steps, cobble stone parhs, elevation is a must. We had a 8:00AM start and that was a blessing as the temperature climbed rapidly.
Eva was a great guide. Kept the group moving while giving us a depth of information and answering all questions.
Wear good walking shoes, sun glasses, be able to walk uphill for a long distance, and bring sunscreen on a sunny day.
An amazing introduction and exploration of the Parthenon and the Acropolis. Ava's enthusiasm and knowledge made the huge crowds disappear. She was also great at finding perfect camera spots and places in the shade on a hot afternoon. Very high recommendation!
Maria was great. She’s a history teacher so we got lots of information but not too much! Visited the most important spots.

Wonderful tour!. Detailed information & much shared knowledge of the Grecian ways: an overview of the history and how democracy was born -growing whole people, strengthening the mind with education, body physical health, and using words of peace & diplomacy. Frosso was great! Very fun and informative. We did 8 am tour and would recommend early to beat the heat and crowd
Wonderful expand highly recommend! We did the 5:00 tour and while it was still very hot, our guide made every effort to find us a shady spot as she gave us the history of what we were seeing. One of our friends had a medical emergency early into our tour and she wasted no time in getting the medics to us and was very patient. Our host was so informative and we learned so much more than we expected to. Our meeting point was well arranged and easy to find. Highly recommend this tour!
We had a great tour! Our overall group was small, which made the experience even better. Our guides have us so much detail of the history and answered our questions while walking through Acropolis.
Elena was amazing, I got lost and she told me exactly where to go. This was informative and she took her time with the group.
Our tour guide, Petros, was amazing. He knew so much about the history of the Acropolis! He also remembered our names and where we were from.
We were severely disappointed!! We showed up at the Acropolis Museum and the Assistants were extremely rude and they told me that I did not have the proper ticket. I had a voucher. I had a UPC code! They were not helpful on where we needed to go to get the ticket so we did not get to partake in this activity! There was no one to ask information Very poorly operated! And we are requesting our money back! You can see that our voucher was not redeemed because they won’t allow us in! So I look forward to hearing back from you with what you have to say about this, but it really gives a black eye to pastor!! I’ve never had such a bad experience.
Our tour good was very knowledgeable and did a great job leading our tour. It was well worth the money we spent. Walking up and down the paths to the Acropolis would be hard for some people. The tour guide gave people ample time to recover and cool down.
It was a lovely day and my tour guide made it even more exceptional. She was very informative and my mind just couldn’t get over everything about the experience. I enjoyed it very much and would recommend anyone who is going to Athens to take this excursion.
Our guide was SO informative, kind and helpful! I believe she said we can call her Eva? (Sorry if that is incorrect) she went above and beyond to keep us out the of the sun and hear, she knew SO MUCH and the offered and took so many photos for us- this was especially appreciated for me being a solo traveler. If you get her you will not be disappointed!!
I cannot recommend this tour enough! We had Ana amazing guide - Eva - who was so knowledgeable about Greek history and the Acropolis. She provided such a thorough tour that left us with so much new knowledge. Highly recommend doing this tour early in the morning, as crowds are not bad and the temperature isn’t super hot. The meeting spot was near the Acropoli metro stop, which makes it easy to get to. If you’ve never been to the Acropolis, this tour is the way to go!

We will talk about this day for many years to come. Comfortable ride with such a nice man as our guide. He took us to great locations on the Athen Riviera. Listed to his advice and you will go to come amazing places. The Temple of Poseidon is stunning and is alone worth the ride. However, taking us to a local seaside open air restaurant was perfect! We picked our fish from the mornings catch and enjoyed eating fresh Greek food in a casual environment. We asked to be dropped at the airport on the way back so it served as a farewell to Athens/Attica and a relaxing afternoon trip. Highly recommended!

Tour guide left 12 minutes after start time even tough it says we have 15 minutes and we were in touch with them. We were there at 14 minutes after tour time. We could not find anyone or an office to get our tickets. They didn’t send us the PDF with our tickets so that we could at least go in on our own. We were not able to get anyone on the phone either. We lost $800. Will Never use a third-party again.

Your review states that you arrived 14 minutes AFTER the scheduled tour start time. Guests are asked to arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes BEFORE departure, meaning you arrived approximately 29 minutes later than the recommended check-in time.
While our guide waited beyond the scheduled start time, group tours cannot be delayed indefinitely without affecting the experience of other guests who arrived on time.
We understand that delays can happen when traveling, but in this case the tour operated according to the timing and meeting instructions provided in your booking confirmation. We wish you a pleasant remainder of your travels.
