There are a couple of similar tours but we lucked out and picked the BEST one with Spyros! Spyros was SO knowledge and easy to understand. He made the tour interactive and fun! It was a long day but well worth it. This is the platinum tour and you have to do it if you are in Crete. We saw so much stuff in one day and learned so much from Spyros. If you are like me and having a hard time choosing between all these tours that are similar, make sure you pick this one- you won't be disappointed!

Best of the Best

Maria was one of the best tour guides we have ever had and we travel A LOT and use viator all the time. She is so warm and kind and so passionate about sharing her knowledge about Cretan history, traditions and their lifestyle. She was attentive to every little detail and customized our day to our desires. Since we travelled in late March it was a little chilly and she went out of her way to go back to her own house and get jackets for me and my daughter. It also started to rain as we were ending our tour and she gave us her umbrella so we didn’t get wet while getting back to our hotel (which she picked up at our hotel the next day…so thoughtful and kind). I highly recommend this tour! 12/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Delicious food tour with Christos

Christos made our food tour in Chania a wonderful one! His passion for Cretan cuisine was unmatched and we appreciated the variety of cheeses, pastries, coffee, and the herbal shop visit that we were able to visit. He was well versed in the history behind each tasting and provided interesting information about Chania and the surrounding areas along the way, and followed up with more recommendations for us afterward. Highly recommend Christos and the tour!

Wow! This tour was the best ever. Full day of beautiful scenery , amazing food and nice people ! Our tour guide Demetri was so knowledgeable and friendly. He shared so much about the culture and scenery. The food was amazing and we reallly enjoyed the olive oil and wine tastings. 5 wines. It will not disappoint!

Sophie was a great tour guide. My wife has some food allergies and she made sure that the food tour fit her allergies. She even brought some food on her own for my wife that was very good. Sophie also took us off of the main path for a really great tour history about the area and great food experience. It was our favorite out of the six cities we visited and had tours for.

Terrific experience in Crete!

This entire experience was 5 stars from beginning to end. We were picked up at the port and taken to Veerna’s kitchen. She and her staff we so kind and we all felt like family while we were there. We cooked SO MUCH food in 4 hours and it was all DELICIOUS. Even picky eaters like me had lots to eat! The home is situated by a beautiful olive grove and the gardens and seating area are picturesque. You need to do this while in Crete!

This will be the highlight of your trip!!

I love the water, and I knew that I would enjoy this outing, but I think this was the highlight of my family's trip. The crew really go out of their way to take care of you, and to make sure that you have a good time. They provide a fresh breakfast with juice and coffee, they cook a lunch on the boat that was some of the best food we had during our entire trip, and a dessert that I heard was delicious...but I missed it because I was enjoying those aqua blue waters to my heart's content (no regrets). I have never in my life experienced beaches this beautiful, and the history of Gramvousa Island is fascinating. All of these things, combined with plenty of wine/beer, and a wonderful group of people from so many different places...it was the perfect way to spend a day! I hope to do it again. Please, if you even think you might have motion sickness...put a patch on or take your medicine ahead of time. My son was sick on the way out to the beach, but he recovered fairly quickly. The crew was great at giving him tips on how to get through it, but an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Amazing!

Amazing experience - the tour operator and crew were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The boat was very nice and clean. The lunch providing was a delicious assortment of Greek food and good drinks were offered! The scenery and water were beautiful. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a fun and scenic boat day!

Quad Safari- a must do!

Excellent excursion! For cruise passengers, it is an excellent choice! Beach Bums will pick you up and drop you off at the port. Well worth the money! 3 hours of driving on different terrains with beautiful sights! I do not recommend this for novice drivers. It's a long excursion with 2 short breaks. Adrian was the best guide and very patient. Highly recommend!

Highlight of our Honeymoon!

The crew was so welcoming, helpful, and made our experience next level! The food was fantastic, plenty of room on the boat for the 18 passengers to sit in either sun or shade, and ample time to swim and snorkel and paddleboard at the island! We had a blast and the crew made it extra special for our honeymoon- our favorite part of the trip so far! Would highly recommend for anyone whether families with kids, couples, or group of friends!
