Make sure you read where the meeting point is before you head out. We just told the taxi we’re going to the Vatican, turned out the meeting point was about five blocks from where he dropped us off. We almost didn’t get there in time. Our host Arranna (sorry if I’m misspelling) was very sweet and patient with our group and got us all where we needed to be. Wear good walking shoes, there is a lot to see!

Even with skip the line tickets you will still need to wait at certain points as it is very busy. Our guide was very well informed and answered questions from our group and took extra care to be sure if we had specific things we were interested that we were able to see.

Well done!!

this was the first time to use this service and so we were a bit nervous and our first time to Rome. We arrived early so we could scope out the meeting place and found that several other services had the same meeting place and it was very safe and out in the open. We had enough time for lunch and the meet spot was convenient to several cafes with views of the coliseum. Our group was small enough to still have one on one interaction with the guide. Hisam, did a great job explaining during the tour. He was professional and wanted us to know what it was really like during the time of the Romans...he knew the subject well and was a very good orator.

Giuseppe was an incredible host and guide, extremely knowledgeable with great reverence for all of the art he showed us. It was so fascinating to learn so much about the staggering amount of art collected in the Vatican. Skipping the line with these tickets is so worthwhile when time is so limited while traveling. Barely 20 mins after meeting the EcoArt team on the steps outside, we were inside and through security, passing by others who must have been waiting for multiple hours. Giuseppe was so professional and respectful of all of our group's needs and desires and you could tell his appreciation for all the works we encountered.

We went as a family, 2 adults and 3 kids. It was a long day but we had a great time. Our guide was Flavio, he kept us entertained with stories and informed about the days agenda. Our guide within Pompeii was also great. The pizza we had for lunch was delicious and the limoncello tasting was an unexpected bonus. I highly recommend this tour.

Great tour. The trip was last minute so we were booking quickly and took the last couple of spots on the guided tour. Dimitri was a fantastic tour guide — very warm and funny and enthusiastic about the art. The gallery was beautiful, as always, it’s one of two things we always see when we come to Rome. Our guide was from Rome and e remedy knowledgeable. He made the information really interesting even though he says it over and over. His perspective on history was quite refreshing. He was easy to understand and personable. We spent the exact right amount of time in each location. Small groups are the best. In larger groups you wait too long for people to use the bathroom and climb stairs!

Excellent tour - recommended

I would highly recommend this trip. It was a last minute booking and we had to accommodate some changes for a family member, but it was no trouble. The afternoon of our trip it was during a biblical amount of rain, but despite the weather, Serena made it engaging and very informative and was accommodating of my sons aged 11 and 8. She had so much knowledge and it really brought it alive, especially with the overlay of pictures that others have mentioned. I really recommend this tour.
