Fardin is great host helping me find the ticket he is great and very friendly show me the entrance and how to use the audio
Mihad was very helpful and made sure we were all set up before we went to the pantheon and he had a good sense of humor.
Basically, this is a 3rd party that gets you an entry ticket and that's it. They also significantly mark up the tickets - what would have been 14 euros for us to buy directly was more like $40 or $45. However, despite being fluent in Italian and a frequent traveler, the official Pantheon ticket web site would never complete my purchase, so in the end, I went with this option rather than miss the Pantheon altogether.
Someone meets you a block away from the Pantheon, gives you the tickets, and sets you up with a phone-based audio guide. The audio guide is decent, and the person we met was courteous and efficient. But once he set us up, we were on our own - there is no guided tour.

We arrived early to the meet location, and the Viator representative was unable to locate our tickets. We had to wait 25 minutes before entry.
Got to meeting point no one there, waited 10 minutes past start time, contacted company and they gave me directions to a bank 2.4 KMs away.

My experience purchasing the reserved entry ticket pass to the Pantheon was awesome! The person who was supposed to meet us there called me ahead of time and sent me a photo showing exactly where he was standing and the flag he was holding. It made him so easy to find. We found him right away, and he got us straight in with no waiting at all.

Pradip waited for us on time and took us to the Pantheon. Very kind until the end. At first we had a problem with the schedule, at first it was Sunday but they changed us to another date but they were clear on WhatsApp.
