Beautiful Tuscany Adventure
This tour was worth the travel time. It is a long ride but the stops help break the time up where it doesn’t seem as long. The vineyard restaurant was beautiful and authentic. This was a fabulous experience and our guide was very knowledgeable. She made us feel very comfortable.

Super fun and beautiful places
The villas in Tivoli are so beautiful, especially the second one that is not just ruins. You don't have a ton of time to enjoy the villa which is the only thing I wish was different. I wish we had an extra hour or even 30 minutes to enjoy the gardens. Our guide was super knowledgeable and interesting.

Roberto is a great tour guide
Roberto cared for us like family. He had great information, stories, and knowledge. Along with this he pointed out great photo spots with time to take pics. I didn’t realize that we would end in the Forum and could then stay and explore. We were so hungry by the end we didn’t end up staying. Pro tip: go on a full stomach or have drinks/snacks so you can stay in the Roman Forum and explore. It’s huge and the tour includes just a few glimpses. You could definitely stay for a couple more hours.

Sorrento and Positano Day trip. So worth it!!
We took a day trip to Sorrento and Positano, and it was absolutely perfect weather! Our driver, Luca, was amazing. I felt safe and comfortable the entire trip. Our tour guide, Sabina, was awesome as well! She spoke both Spanish and English and shared so much great information throughout the day. We spent about 1 hour and 45 minutes in Sorrento, which gave us enough time to grab lunch and explore the area. In Positano, we had about 1 hour and 30 minutes to walk around, shop, and make our way down to the beach. Personally, I would choose walking down to the beach over the panoramic views because nothing compares to standing on the sand and taking in the beauty of Positano up close. The walk down only took about 10–15 minutes and honestly wasn’t bad at all. Definitely book this trip, the views alone make it completely worth it!!

Not seeing something you are looking for?

The Eternal City is filled with enough attractions to keep travelers busy sightseeing for days, weeks, or longer. But tear yourself away from Rome on a day trip, and you’ll uncover a world of sights beyond the capital. From the ruins of Pompeii and beaches of the Amalfi Coast, to Tivoli’s historic estates and medieval and Renaissance-era highlights of Tuscany, you’ll find plenty of worthwhile options to justify a day’s absence from Rome. In addition to choosing your day trip spot, you can pick the mode of transport that suits you best—train, private car, boat, or bike.
