A great experience to get...

A great experience to get out of the city and see where the ancient Romans were laid to rest. So much history. The capuchin monk crypts was fascinating. And the catacombs, wow! A lot of history and a great place to escape the heat if you’re visiting in the summer. Our tour guides did a great job explaining all the history. We did not get to visit the final stop at one of the basilicas due to the traffic getting back into the city. But that did not change our experience.

Kristina, our tour guide was amazing. Originally from USA but has been in Rome for over 20 years so no language barrier at all. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, funny at times and very focused on her group and what was going on around her. She knew went to speed us up or slow us down to avoid the crowds and she kept us out of the heat/direct sun as much as possible she allowed us each personal/quiet time to pray at their appropriate times. She took her time after the tour was over and wrote down the names of some restaurants and must see places/things to do. I personally wish we would have started the tour an hour earlier to avoid some of the lines. Our finish time ran into lunchtime and my daughter’s were “ready to leave“ because they were hungry. If we had started earlier, I would have had more time at Saint Peter’s Basilica to enjoy this beautifully. Amazing church! Would definitely recommend the Skip the line tickets.

A great experience

Our guide, Sharon, was great. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered questions from members of our small group throughout. She shared many interesting historical (and some more recent) facts and also included some quieter areas during the walk. The tour ended in dark at the Colosseum- and impressive and memorable end. Sharon went above and beyond in supporting members of the tour to arrange taxis back to our hotels. Thank you, Sharon, for a great experience of Rome at Night.

Without a doubt, this was one of the major highlights of our trip. Originally, our family had looked at doing a golf cart tour. So happy we chose this instead. Roberto was our guide and so wonderful. He went out of his way to make everything super special. We felt like family actually. The other guides that were with the other families or couples were great as well. We saw and learned so much. Highly recommend!

The best tour we've had in 3 days!!! Sharon was fantastic, knew a lot and also gave information about thinks to see or visit if time in your travels permitted. Our evening with Andrea...

Our evening with Andrea for Rome by Night-3 hour private tour was awesome. In our short 3.5 hours we managed to see the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, the Spanish Steps, St. Peter’s Square. Circus Maximus, Fontana dell’Acqua Paola and more. Andrea also gave us a bit of history, fun and sightseeing in a comfortable tour not to be missed. Interesting tour, and a way to see Rome at night feeling a little more secure. Our guide Semi was terrific. Informative and energetic. Ivan’s Night Ghost Tour

Slightly confusing to find at the start but once we met Ivan and he started his tour it was a really great and fun experience! It went so fast eventhough it lasted 1 hour 30 minutes because it was so interesting and engaging throughout. Ivan was very knowledgable and passionate about Roman history and is a natural story teller with good jokes. Defiantly would recommend as a great way to spend a night to anyone visiting Rome!
