- Children aged 7-18 are entitled to a reduced entry fee (see tour and ticket pricing) and must provide proof of age.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements.
- At least 4 people are required for the guided tour options to take place.
- Check-in is 15 minutes prior to the booked start time. Tickets are time sensitive and we cannot accomodate late arrivals.
- Guests with a certified disability of over 75% are entitled to free entrance to the Vatican and do not require a ticket. For guests who are not self-sufficient, free entry is extended to a companion.
- Important: St. Peter's Basilica is not included in all tour options. If you wish to visit the Basilica as part of your experience, please ensure you select a tour where it is explicitly listed as included.
- Please include all names as they appear on your passports when booking. Tickets are non-transferable and if the names on your booking do not match your ID you may be denied access and will not be due a refund. Any name changes must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance.
- Please bring an ID or a photo/copy of ID.
- Important: The ‘Basilica Only’ option it does NOT include access to the Vatican Museums.

Unfortunately, the level of crowds inside the Vatican Museums is entirely beyond our control, as admissions and visitor flow are managed directly by the Museums. Our guides are experienced professionals who know the Vatican Museums extremely well and are trained to navigate the itinerary even in challenging and crowded conditions, while respecting the instructions of Vatican staff.
Regarding the level of detail, our guides always aim to provide in-depth storytelling and historical context so that guests can better understand and appreciate the extraordinary art, history, and significance of what they are seeing. We understand, however, that everyone may have different preferences regarding the amount of detail they would like during a guided tour, and we appreciate your feedback.

This tour is very art-focused, which we enjoyed very much, but some people may be interested in experiencing the Vatican from a different perspective. Our guide, Gaga, was SO knowledgeable, and provided very interesting background and perspective on the things we saw. Everything is stunning and there is an overwhelming amount to see, so we were very happy to have someone direct us to the highlights and tell us about what we were looking at, or what to look for. Keep in mind that this a 2 1/2 hour tour, so you will only have time for a small part of the Vatican Museums + Sistene Chapel. If you want to see more of the museums, you either need a full-day tour or to visit on your own. We definitely recommend this tour, though!

Very crowded but that is expected in the top tourist destinations. The tour was very informative, organized and our guide Danielle was excellent at explaining all the beautiful art surrounding us and he kept it lively.

Oscar was very good and knowable; striking a good balance between historical facts and engaging dialogue. The entry process is crazy so having a guide is invaluable. Oscar made it pain free and quick. Tour group was a size of 10 people which was a good size to move through the vast museum at a borderline too fast pace but that is not anyones fault… (you just don’t realize how massive the Vatican is.) Overall great tour

Don’t be 1 minute late! We got in heavy traffic and were 1 minute late and the tour lady would not let us join the tour. So I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed the tour!

Unfortunately, when guests arrive late, we cannot guarantee that they will still be able to join the guided group. Your required meeting time was 10:15 AM, as guests must check in 15 minutes before departure, and the tour started at 10:30 AM. The guide must enter with the group at the scheduled time, as the venue operates with strict timed-entry tickets and cannot delay the entire group for late arrivals.
As soon as we realized you had missed the departure, we promptly sent you all your entrance tickets and instructions on how to proceed inside and try to catch up with the guide. We also provided you with a complimentary audioguide in case you were unable to locate the group once inside.
We understand that unexpected traffic can happen, but unfortunately the departure and entrance times are determined by the venue and cannot be postponed.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to clarify.

Good pace to get through the rooms. Has some steps but most people would have no issues. Wide, open and steady. Lots to see and marvel at inside. Can get hot, hand held fans help. Can take water in. Toilet at start and again if needed near Sistine chapel. Meeting point easy to find. Skips the big queues outside and guide can make shortcuts inside where busy. Let’s you enjoy Sistine chapel approx 15 mins solo. Not rushed. You meet them at back of chapel. Finishes, direct into basilica. Leaves you to discover basilica solo which is good after the museum.

It felt not worth the cost. You pay a lot of money and the equipment is not great to hear and they rearranged the times without notice. The Vatican is beautiful and it's a privilege to be there so 3/5 just for that. This company did the bare minimum.

Your tour was moved by only 30 minutes, from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM, due to a schedule adjustment. The 8:30 AM departure still provided one of the earliest available entrances, and the duration, guided content, itinerary, and inclusions of your tour remained unchanged.
Regarding the audio equipment, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will check whether there were any specific issues with the device provided to you. This year, we have introduced modern headset systems specifically designed to make it easier and more comfortable to hear the guide, even in the particularly crowded conditions that can occur inside the Vatican Museums.
We appreciate your feedback and are glad that, despite your concerns, you were able to experience the beauty of the Vatican.
We had an amazing experience on the Vatican Skip-the-Line Tour! Our guide was absolutely fantastic—extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the history of the Vatican. There is so much to see and take in, and having someone who could explain the history and significance behind everything made the experience so much more meaningful.
Our guide kept the tour interesting from beginning to end, answered all of our questions, and pointed out details we never would have noticed on our own. Skipping the long lines was also a huge plus, especially with how busy the Vatican can be.
This was easily one of the highlights of our time in Rome. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Vatican!

There were a lot of cool sights and we did plenty of walking through the Vatican Museum. But I felt like we did much more standing still than all the other tour groups around us that day. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about art and history, and she told some cool stories. But I felt that she could have dialed it back a little and allowed us to just walk and take things in more. We stopped for 5-10 minutes at a time most places for history/art lessons. It was still a very cool tour and having access to the Vatican at the end was amazing, so I wouldn't deter anybody from doing it. But were were a little overwhelmed with information by the end.
