Eating your way throughTrastevere
Rish was a great guide! He grew up in Trastevere and knows everyone. He led us on a winding trip of culinary discovery! The pork at the wine cellar was my favorite, but all the food and wines were great. And, what I found, was that I could pick and choose which foods I really wanted to indulge and skimp on others. Rish and all the food stops were very accommodating to dietary restrictions and choices. Thanks for the great time.

Food tour
Alessandra was absolutely wonderful. This is the second time we have had her on this tour and she always brings so much energy and knowledge to the group. We actually had some different options from our last tour with her and this was great. Everyone in our group loved her. I would highly recommend her.

Best Food Tour Ever!
This was hands down the highlight of our trip to Italy! Every bite of food was absolutely delicious, and the wine just kept flowing. Not only did we get to enjoy incredible food, but we also learned so much about Roman cuisine, its history, and the local culture. You definitely get more bang for your buck & you’ll be absolutely stuffed by the end of the tour- so worth it! Our guide, Michael from New York, was fantastic—knowledgeable, entertaining, and made the entire experience so much fun. We explored several cities throughout Italy and booked many different tours and activities, but this was by far our favorite experience of the entire trip. If you’re visiting Rome, I can’t recommend this food tour enough. It is an absolute must-do!

Highly recommend 😋
We loved our tour! Our guide, Karina, was amazing. She provided great information at each stop, was very friendly, and was enthusiastic about the food and neighborhood. All the food was delicious and filling. The wine and beer provided were great as well.

Eating in Rome is considered an art form, practically a religion—and that's true whether you’re chowing down on a supplí (oblong rice ball) or slice of pizza al taglio, or savoring a 3-course meal with wine pairings in a little osteria. There’s no better way to partake in local fare than by indulging in a Rome food tour. From sampling fried street food staples in bustling Trastevere or the Jewish ghetto to tasting wines in the Castelli Romani, food experiences provide an insider’s look at the city’s culinary culture and history. Aspiring chefs can try cooking time-tested recipes, too.
