Lily was an incredible tour guide. Very kind and entertaining. She was very knowledgeable of the history of the area and told us fascinating stories all evening long. She also shared a little history of each dish and was very familiar and friendly with the staff/owners of the establishments we visited which led to great service and fantastic meals.

Incredible Roman Street Food Tour with Ramona!

I've done this tour several times on past trips to Rome, and I always really enjoy it. This time, I was traveling with family members who had never been to Rome, and everyone loved it. My sister even said it was her favorite tour of the trip. Ramona was our guide, and she was by far the best guide that I've had for this tour. She is extremely knowledgeable and engaging. We all learned so much about Rome, its food traditions, and history on this tour. You can easily do this tour in lieu of a meal. You will not be hungry after.

Worth it!

We had such a great time on our food tour with Bryon! He was incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and laid-back, which made the whole experience so enjoyable. We learned a lot, had plenty of laughs, and got to try some really good food along the way. Bryon made everything feel relaxed and fun, like exploring the city with a friend who knows all the best spots. Our City Wonders Tour Guide Was Excellent

Our guide Laura has had many years of experience of being a tour guide. She was a very knowledgeable and friendly guide, but also laid-back. She told us very interesting tidbits along the drive and cared about each person on the tour, but she didn't have formal speeches, she was just giving knowledgeable information about interesting things we could see out the window as we drove to our destination.

Pumpkin Pizza!

What an incredible experience from start to finish! This was easily one of the highlights of our time in Italy, and so much of that was thanks to Vivien. She was absolutely fantastic — welcoming, knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely enthusiastic about everything she shared with us. The food was exceptional. We started with an amazing selection of cheeses paired with beautifully aged balsamic vinegar, which was honestly one of the standout experiences of the evening. The flavors were incredible, and Vivien took the time to explain what made everything special, which made us appreciate it even more. From there, we enjoyed delicious pizza, perfectly prepared rice balls, and fantastic pasta. Every dish was memorable, and you could really taste the quality and care that went into the food. And of course, the wine was flowing! Vivien had an impressive knowledge of the wines, the food, and the local culinary traditions. She made everything approachable and interesting without ever making it feel like a lecture. You could tell she genuinely loved what she was doing, and that enthusiasm was contagious. What really set the experience apart was the atmosphere she created. It never felt rushed, overly formal, or touristy. Instead, it felt like spending an evening with a knowledgeable local friend who wanted to share the very best of Italian food and culture. There was plenty of laughter, great conversation, incredible food, and more than enough wine. We’ve had some amazing meals throughout Italy, but experiences like this are what make a trip truly memorable. It’s one thing to eat great Italian food, but it’s another to understand the traditions, ingredients, and stories behind it all. I cannot recommend this experience enough, and if you’re lucky enough to have Vivien as your host, you’re in for an incredible time. We would absolutely do it again. Thank you, Vivien, for such a wonderful and unforgettable evening!

A Must-Do Near Rome

My husband and I had such a wonderful time at this pasta-making and wine-tasting class! From the lively atmosphere to the excellent wine and absolutely amazing pasta, the entire experience was a highlight of our trip to Italy. We especially enjoyed learning a little history of the Frascati area during the walk from the train station to the venue, which made the experience feel even more special and authentic. The wine was excellent, the food pairings were delicious, and making fresh pasta from scratch was so much fun. Everything came together for a fantastic evening of great food, wine, history, and fun. We would do this experience again and again, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Rome area.
