Great way to start our trip!!

Our tour left @ 3:30, which might seem early but actually worked perfectly since we arrived on the same day and were ready for something to eat. Our guide, Michael S., was exceptional. Each spot he picked was fantastic. There was something for everyone! The food and wine were all beautifully paired and I would give Michael, the food/wine and vendors a 10 out of 10! Highly recommend this experience to see some spots that are not flooded with tourists.

10/10 would recommend & do again! Ramona was an excellent guide. Knowledgable, great sense of humor, and showed us some things we would not have otherwise known about or been able to find on our own. She answered everyone's questions, and encouraged us to ask, especially cultural questions if we had them. This was the first thing we did in Rome and it was a perfect way to ease in, and the information she gave us has been very helpful in making good food decisions since then!

If you think of just staying in Rome, don’t! Do this tour!!

This tour was amazing! Getting to see Montepulciano and other little towns outside of Rome was spectacular. The vineyard we visited has been making the same wine for four generations (and the Mask of Truth was so cool to see in the wine cellar). I’ve done wine tastings before in North America where your set glasses are given and that’s it. Here, it felt like the wine was bottomless! Our tour guide, Anna, was so knowledgeable and shared a ton of fun facts during the bus ride. Sara, our guide in Montepulciano was also so passionate about the history of the town. Luca, our driver, gave us a smooth ride there and back. Could not recommend enough!!

Wonderful Food Tour

This was simply a fantastic tour. Giancarlo was one of the best tour guides ever! We tasted so much good food and he described all of it so well. In addition to the food he shared so much about history by telling engaging stories. We were a small group and we were able to get to know the others as well. Techniques! Smiles!

Delightful entertainment that includes cheerful interactions among the class members is on the menu! The teaching crew is helpful in techniques and kitchen hygiene. We made two types of pasta ingredients for two dishes eaten later and followed by the tiramisu we also jointly prepared. This class is highly recommended!

An Essential Tour of Trastevere

This was a phenomenal experience. The food was all exceptionally good. I ended up getting more gelato from the place my guide Valeria showed us. Speaking of Valeria, she was a phenomenal tour guide. She was fun, energetic, funny, and eager to connect with every member of the tour. Her excitement about the food and restaurants we visited was palpable. Her humor also helped break the ice and make everyone in our group feel comfortable. It was also great sharing this experience with a group. Over multiple drinks and several bites of food, the group began to bond and have fun together. Also, everyone was completely full by the end of the tour. Finally, the location of the tour was perfect. It allowed me to easily go to the Trastevere neighborhood bars afterward, which is an extremely lively area ideal for nighttime exploration.

Yummy gelato !

Smit was my tour guide and he was hilarious ! He kept the tour so fun and it was a small group of us so it felt very intimate. I did this tour the first day I landed in Rome and it’s well worth it because it’s a good way to know the food of the city and take that info with you the rest of the trip. We ate good pasta , pizza , and gelato plus much more ! Every place we went had a sit down experience except for the gelato . But it was fun eating around the neighborhood like a local . The food for this tour was amazing! Tone did an amazing job of walking us around and explaining to us everything that we were eating. Come with an empty stomach because the food you will eat in this tour will definitely fill you up! Not only will it fill you up but it will make your mouth water and leave you wanting for more that’s how delicious the food was! And last but not least you finish with the best thing Gelato. Amazing Roma Food Tour

What an Amazing evening of food tasting and local history. We began with filling up our water bottles like locals. Then off for several short walks and stops at five different food location. Each location offered a different tasting and they were perfect and delicious,. Special thanks to our amazing food tour guide, Antonella for the wonderful tour last night.
