We loved this tour with Alice!

We had a wonderful afternoon with Alice as she guided us to a handful of lovely shops where we sampled various wines, cheeses, stews, pasta, a Negroni cocktail and finished with gelato. Alice was a wealth of knowledge and she made our 3+ hours with her fun. A nice small group. This was the highlight of our time in Florence. Highly recommend!

Our Norwegian tour guide said we wouldn’t have time to see David and it would take our entire 3 hours on our own to even get tickets. Thanks Viator!! Mission accomplished, we pulled one app, purchased tickets for a time slot in 30 minutes, walked over and was given tickets and walked right in. Easy!!

The perfect one day tour!

If you can only do a day tour, this is the one to do!! Anything less than what this tour offers and you won’t be able to see enough. I was lucky enough to have Chris x2 and Claudia as our groups tour guides and they were amazing! So kind, informative and really made you feel immersed in the culture. The day was closer to 14 hours, about 30,000 steps without even doing the hike option. The hike option was allowed to be decided while on the trip which was nice because I had previously decided to do it, but it had rained the first couple hours of the tour and then became a bit unsafe so I decided to back out and have more time to explore the town. Highly recommend!!

Having visited the Uffizi before without a guide, it was so much more enriching to hear details about paintings and sculptures that brought them to life. Focusing on specific works of art, there was less opportunity to look at other paintings, but I learned to look at the entire painting.

Private tour and no lines!

Well worth the money for a private guide to skip the crowded lines and learn the details of the Medici family’s influence on Florence. Our tour guide, Rosa was delightful and well educated in Renaissance art. She took us to the small chapel area where many of the family’s musical instruments were on display. The Stratavari violin and cellos were outstanding. But of course, the highlight of the tour was an up close and personal viewing of the David. She pointed out many obscure details of Michelangelo’s work and signature style. Thank you Rosa for sharing the information in such a thoughtful and fun way. We truly enjoyed your tour!

Very cool tour with a...

Very cool tour with a focus on Michelangelo and the David. Our guide Manuela did a great job and was very knowledgeable about him and his works. As someone who knows nothing about art and sculptures, she made it easy to understand his techniques and why he was such a great artist. Very cool to see the David up close and know some more history about it!!!

This tour really was the best way to see and understand how renaissance art and sculpture developed in Florence . The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and imparted her information so anyone could understand. I really would recommend this tour if you don’t like queues and actually would like to gain knowledge rather than wandering around a large packed gallery not knowing what you’re looking at . This cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! Our chef, Antonio, did a fantastic job teaching us how to make homemade pasta and sauces to go with them. We created 3 different kinds of pasta, put them together, and ate them with our group. Definitely a hands-on experience! Loved the whole thing!

Unforgettable Trip

We had an unforgettable experience in this trip. Our tour guide, Lorenza Cramer, took care of us and gave us a wonderful trip despite challenges in the train’s operation stoppage. She was quick to re-route our trip to a similar place with fantastic beach view at Pontevenere. Our family also had a blast at Pisa where the leaning tower was amazing.

Educational and Enjoyable Wine Tour

My family and I had a wonderful experience during our wine tasting tour. My daughter and I did a lot of research before signing up, and we now know we made the right choice. Our guide was very entertaining and knowledgeable, and we enjoyed all three wineries along with their hosts. Firstly what a well arranged tour in terms of ease of travel....highlight of our trip was our guide camilla....without her it would just be lifeless.... she is very knowledgeable and is very witty . . She made our whole experience a memorable one.... she is well read , informative and does not shy away from answering any questions... it was very easy to spot her and she stayed with us right till the end showing us the way to the dome.... though the dome was a solo trip, her insights helped us relate to the wonderful display of art....cheers to camilla and strongly recommend you ask for her for an amzing experience ❤️
