Best way to check out Pike Place Market
The meet up was super easy and Will was very welcoming. We were lucky to have a smaller group so he was able to chat with each of us and make us feel comfortable. He was also incredibly knowledgeable about the businesses we had samples from.
HIGHLY recommend - we had enough food that we cancelled dinner reservations made for a few hours after our tour.
Also - if you have an allergy or sensitivity - don’t count yourself out for this tour. They are so accommodating and do everything possible to get alternative options.

A taste of Olympic National Park
What a fantastic day! My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour in late May 2026. Our guide was Lindsay, who was amazing - wonderfully upbeat and engaging, he kept our group on track so that we could explore several different environments of Olympic National Park while never making us feel rushed. I don't know how he keeps so much information in his head, but truly there wasn't a question about the history of the area, the fauna and flora, or life in the Pacific Northwest that he couldn't answer! While there was a lot of time in the van, the scenery was beautiful and Lindsay kept us well entertained; and each of our stops was stunning. Was also fun to ride the ferry and we enjoyed a delicious lunch surrounded by trees and bird song. I know the park really requires at least several days to fully experience all it has to offer, but this one-day trip provided a fantastic taste. So if your time is limited, highly recommend this tour. ... Thanks Lindsay!

Outstanding Day Trip to Mt Rainier
Absolutely Outstanding Mt. Rainier Day Tour, 5 out of 5 Stars!
We booked a Mt. Rainier tour with Customized Tours for Father’s Day, June 21, 2026, and it was hands-down one of the best guided experiences we’ve ever experienced. From start to finish, everything was perfectly executed, relaxed, and incredibly enriching.
Our guide Joel was exceptional. He was in the middle of training a new associate, Randy, yet he juggled both roles flawlessly — delivering expert commentary, ensuring everyone was comfortable and safe, and still making the day feel personal and unhurried. Joel’s deep knowledge of Mt. Rainier and the surrounding area was immense. He shared fascinating facts about the geology, history, wildlife, and ecology that brought the landscape to life. We never felt rushed at any stop; instead, we had plenty of time to truly soak it all in.
The itinerary was fantastic and packed with highlights:
- Stunning views of Mt. Rainier itself
- Multiple breathtaking waterfalls
- Mirror Lake
- The Nisqually Suspension Bridge
- Longmire General Store
- Opportunity to see the Historic Mount Rainier Scenic Railroad in action
- Paradise Inn Lodge and the Muir Steps (Steps to Paradise)
- Magnificent old-growth trees
- Plenty of wildlife sightings
Everything flowed smoothly, with comfortable transportation and thoughtful pacing that included time for photos, short hikes, and even a bit of rest. Joel made the day feel special, especially fitting for a Father’s Day celebration.
We’ve seen many glowing reviews for Customized Tours, and now we fully understand why this company earns such high praise. The combination of knowledgeable, friendly guides like Joel, well-planned routes, and genuine care for guests makes them stand out. If you’re considering a trip to Mt. Rainier (or any other area they cover), book with confidence — you won’t be disappointed. We’d happily return and highly recommend them to family and friends!
Thank you, Joel (and Randy!), for making our Father’s Day unforgettable.

Recommend taking this trip first when you get to Seattle
Guide Bryan was so spectacular, knowledgeable, inclusive, caring, and strategic. Definitely worthwhile Trip. Brian also gave us tips on what to do next in Seattle, how to take advantage of the best ferry rides and options. It was a robust and wonderful learning experience. He navigated the traffic and had a sweet sense of humor.

Entertaining & Informative
This tour was a treat! It exceeded my expectations. We learned about the history of Seattle and explored parts of the original streets and buildings. Our guide, Eowyn, was knowledgeable and kept us engaged the entire tour. Highly recommend Beneath The Streets.

Mount Rainier great experience
As Dubai residents visiting Seattle, we really missed being close to nature, and Mount Rainier tour was the perfect choice. The mountain and surrounding national park were absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend this experience. Gary, our guide, was awesome. If every tour had guides like Gary, I would book again without hesitation.

This was a great experience for our family to do together on a beautiful Seattle day. The displays inside the needle are interesting and the views are outstanding. Great, memorable experience. The Chihuly exhibit was wonderful and just spectacular! Loved it all.

Fun Day Trip to Vancouver
My son and I really enjoyed our visit to Vancouver. The trip across the border was smooth and easy. Ryan was an amazing guide. He is very knowledgeable and went over and above to meet the needs of every person on the tour. I highly suggest the Fly Over Canada add-on.

Beautiful drive through Washington state
This tour is awesome! We had a small group and our guide was Daniel, he was awesome and very knowledgeable. We stopped at the Bigfoot area and at Deception Falls. The town of Leavenworth is quaint and we loved all the shops, we ate yummy sausage and Kringle and did a little shopping.

Anthony was our tour...
Anthony was our tour guide. Our 4 person group joined a total of 8 other people and all were at different activity level abilities. He was constantly checking in with the front of the group and ensured that the ones in the back were also doing well. The hike had beautiful trees and waterfalls; it was not crowded and we had great weather. It was also a nice drive through the town of the other falls.

Top Tier Relaxation while cruising the harbour and learning about the area.
Loved this. Great view of the city and learned about ongoings in and around the harbour. My kids and I barely missed our resrvtion time by literally seconds and they were kind enough to get us rescheduled without any hassle at all on the next tour time.
Evem if you are only in the city for a short while this is a MUST DO!
