Had it scheduled and they canceled due to wind . No notice , no message telling us . We were on the Canada side , took 30 minutes to cross thru customs. A message would have been nice !! Now we are left with nothing scheduled!!!

The tethered part of the attraction is presented in one place at the very bottom. I thought we would fly over Niagra State Park. The price is too high for going up and down. I had a better view of the falls from the hotel room. It's not a great place for pictures because the netting is in the way, which is should be for safety reasons. The trip would have been worth it if we moved.

Poorly planed/ time

Waited 5 minutes b4 the ride was scheduled to cancel it, then tells us its going to be a week before we get our refund what a joke. I get the safty part im thankfully for that but if you knew that morning you should of let us know then. And a week or longer to get our money back but they make us pay on the spot and take it from out acount.
