Top USA Shore Excursions

This tour highly exceeded our expectations! We left on time with a small group and our driver “Papa Bear” while driving us to the cove played trivia games to keep us entertained. We got off the shuttle and were greeted by a nice crew who lead us to the boat and explained everything perfectly as to how the tour was going to go. We rode out to the cove and began to spot whales. It just kept getting better and better! Our captain took us pretty close and whales were bubble net feeding right next to our boat! It was incredible! We must have seen 25 whales in two or three pods that day. This tour is perfect amount of time, very well organized and very comfortable for all types of ages! I highly recommend! Larry, Casey and Gwen were the best!

Our bus driver/guide Archie was wonderful. He made this excursion a never forgettable experience. A First Nations person himself, he narrated our trip in a humorous and informative manner. He described the scenery, helped us locate eagles and other indigenous animals and plants, and provided a historical background. I recommend this excursion highly.

M & M tours went beyond what was required in every way! First my husband and I were on a cruise with only a half a day in Juneau. Somehow I screwed up the date and only realized it the day before we were to be in Juneau. I contacted Viator to see even though I put in the wrong date, could they accommodate me for the correct date. Viator wasn’t able to contact M & M but left a message. Viator said that it would strictly be the tour company’s decision to accommodate me or not. I paid for the tour months ahead. Thankfully the tour company contacted me first thing in the morning to say, “yes please join us-no additional cost”. We went on the tour and our guide was Alicia. Fantastic guide. She is a native and lives in the area so she knows her way around and her history. She drove our bus and narrated. She is kind, courteous and professional. She encourages your questions and can answer all of them. Plus she gives you fun snacks/trinkets at each stop along her tour. Best tour on our Alaska cruise!
