Viator called the morning of the tour to ensure I knew the time of my pick up, what the bus looked like and who the driver would be. Edward was informative and very entertaining. He spoke clearly and at a good volume. He was very clear about what we needed to do to start our tour and exactly when he would return for us. The tour itself was both fascinating and heartbreaking due to the subject matter. The staff were polite and helpful. It was such a meaningful experience! If you are going, remember sunscreen and a hat or umbrella because there are areas of no shade. If you’re doing the self-guided tour, try to adjust your speed to maintain distance from the guided tours so you can hear the auto guide player. Do the interior exhibits first if you have time because that will help you put everything into context better.

The train ride from Williams to the Canyon was great fun! Johnny Arizona was the perfect host! Joe the bus driver was knowledgeable and shared interesting stories. The Canyon is so beautiful and this was a stress-free way to see a piece of it. Worth the cost and highly recommended.

We were running 5 minutes late but the greeter greeted us n assure us take ur time 😆 we parked and we were greeted again with a big warm smile...I was amazed after stepping inside we were welcome n got our flower a whole Hawaiian feeling. Ambience 10/10..We were seated then we headed to the buffet food 10/10...Show time the host was very nice he shout out all the ppl celebrating birthdays anniversary etc then he started the proformance 1000/1000....he called the guest onstage for pictures with the crew....we got our photo taken which we collect on our way out.....IT WAS A WELL SPEND EVENING...DID I MENTION THE LADIES THEY GOT WORKING HIPS
