Could not be more pleased-kept in touch, driver messaged where to exit the airport and what type and color vehicle to look for and he came right up to meet us within in minutes at arrival line. We Did not have to cross over to be in uber line chaos. Handled luggage and offered us bottled water and snacks, asked if we needed to make any stops before our destination. Great trip from cruise ship to airport

We booked around the clock transportation for our return trip to the airport from port canaveral. I will driver was Luis and he was prompt very courteous and arrived in a great car nice and clean and provided a comfortable ride to the airport. He assisted us loading our luggage into and out of the car and made sure we had everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this company again.

An 8 hour flight delay greeted with understanding and kindness

Our original flight was forced to turn back due to electrical issues, and we had to board another plane from San Francisco, so we arrived 8 hours late from our original arrival time. I was worried we would lose our ride and called them as soon as I was able to to inform them of the situation and they were so kind and understanding, we did *not* lose our ride and got picked up from the airport at the new pick up time and taken to our hotel. So kind, so generous, professional and we did not have to pay again. Wonderful service, 10/10 would recommend.

Great experience.

My wife and I are celebrating our 25th anniversary and I wanted to make it a special trip, so I booked this transportation because of the lei greeting. When I selected the time for the greeting, I selected the time to give us an hour to deboard the plane, use the restroom and get to baggage claim. Our plane was 30 minutes early, and when I saw how small the airport is, I thought we would have to wait on our driver until the time I initially selected. I was shocked when shortly after we landed I received a text from Michael, our driver, saying he was already at baggage claim waiting on us. That was a pleasant surprise. I also appreciated how he took my wife's suitcase so she wouldn't have to roll it to the car. When we took the elevator to the parking garage, Michael held the elevator for an elderly lady, which showed he cared for everyone, not just the people he was transporting. If we ever make it back to Honolulu, I want Michael to be our driver.

The driver called and...

The driver called and asked us if it were possible to leave early as the storm was approaching. We did and the drive out showed flooding and plenty of traffic. We got to Kahului a little early and left for Seattle late but got out before the big Kona storm hit. kudos to our driver!

Truly wonderful! The communication, professionalism, and cleanliness of the van was fabulous. Jason is very responsive and is very easy to work with. Both drivers Gary & Jay were awesome and in contact the day prior to our transport to confirm our arrival and departure. Jay went above and beyond sending us pictures of the van and location he was picking us up at. He also provided pictures with step by step instructions on how to easily traverse the airport to his location. That was extremely helpful and appreciated after a long day of travel. Gary and Jay were both very safe drivers, kind and helpful. My family and I would all like to thank everyone involved in the planning and preparation for our trip helping to make it a wonderful holiday experience. Best choice for pier to airport transfer.

So grater booked this airport transfer instead of the one the cruise line offered. It was less expensive and the wait time was minimal, about 5 minutes. The line for the passengers that booked through the cruise line was extremely long. The bus was very comfortable and the driver was great. I would highly recommend this service.

Excellent Airport to Hotel Transfer

Booking process through Viator was very easy and fast. I received great communication the day before my transport from the company with how to communicate with my driver, their contact info and detail on port fees etc that I needed to be aware of. On the day of the ride it was very easy getting in touch with my driver and he was perfectly on time. He used a window flag to make his vehicle easy to identify in the chaos of the airport. The drive was smooth and quick and the SUV was in perfect condition and clean. Everything worked perfectly and I would highly recommend this service for anyone looking for a quality transport on your next trip.
