Both places amazing!
Ignacio was amazing! I was the only English person on the bus so he did Spanish for everyone and English for me. I stayed closer to him during everything and we got great seats on the bus! We took a taxi to the meeting location and they dropped us back off at the port so we could have enough time at both stops. I would advise to just do the bus shuttle from the cruise ship. Everyone was on time. So we had plenty of time at both places. Definitely worth the money and great to go to both places. Bus rides are long but we just sat back and relaxed while Ignacio talked during some of it.

Great full day tour of Tuscany
Great tour of the 3 main Tuscany areas around Florence (Pisa, San Gimignano and Siena) along with visit to winery for lunch and wine tasting. Due to the distance traveled between sites we only got about an hour stay in each location. This tour is recommended for first time visitors to Tuscany.

Highly recommended day trip to cover Cinque Terre and Pisa! Our guide, Diana, was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable, very helpful, offered us the right balance of supervision and leisure time, booked for us a marvelous lunch restaurant with breathtaking views in Vernazza and made it all look easy!

Time is a bit limited, Be aware that you will need to climb the tower steps fast if you want to spend time at the top. They only give you 30 minutes to do it all. Also, if you need to use the restrooms, you will have to pay for it and time perfectly, otherwise you could miss the bus back to Florence. Daisy, our tour coordinator was great and knowledgeable. The local Pisa tour guide, Sara was also great, fully bilingual, English and Spanish. She is very knowledgeable too.
