Fantastic excursion! Everything was incredibly well organized, and communication was clear from the very beginning. Ignacio was insightful, professional, and made sure everyone was well taken care of throughout the entire trip. Chiara was amazing as well — both of them truly made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Florence!

Florence/Pisa Tour

CHRISTINE_Q, Jul 2026
Our tour guide, Bea, is very organized. It would have been nice if she would have provided more educational information about the sites we visited. Also, it would have been helpful if we were told that the Tasting was with one store only and not both before we had gone there.

Good experience but more walking than expected

Heather_G, Jul 2026
Very enjoyable day however experience differed from what was described by the following: - Pisa was 15 minute walk from bus parking to tower - Florence was a drop off, quick tasting of three mouthfuls at a shop then private time to see items of choice from a map given earlier before meeting back at drop off point, which involved walking of about an hour. Experience was still enjoyable however had description included this two of our party would have made different clothes/footware choices!!

Great day out

Susan_S, Jun 2026
We had the best tour guide ever! His name was Igna or Nacho to his friends There were passengers from two ships- English and Spanish speakers and all of us were looked after perfectly. He set up a WhatsApp group for us in English and Spanish with information, pictures of meeting places, maps and recommendations for where to go and what to see and do. There was an easy meeting place once we took the shuttle from the port. He even checked in with during free time to make sure we weren’t lost or needed anything. Florence and Pisa are both beautiful but busy. We had enough time to see most things we wanted to despite the blistering 36 degree heat. Had a lovely day and would recommend

Good tour, but be aware of travel times when planning

Katrina_G, Jun 2026
Good tour to take from cruise terminal if you want to visit Pisa and spend the majority of your time in Florence. Our guide Igna was great and very knowledgeable. We had a large group (50-60) and he kept everyone on time. Still wish we had even more time in Florence (2.5 hours) as there was so much to see and walk to.

Italy vacation

lonnie_W, Jun 2026
Florence and Pisa was visited with our guide areanna . She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area . She gave us plenty of tips and funny too.

Approx 60 - 70 within tour group, ridiculously large group for tour guide.

Jill_H, Jun 2026
The group was far too big, possibly 60 to 70 people with 2 guides. Florence was obviously very busy so attempting to keep eye on guide was very hard. Tour advertised as food tasting however this was just standing in a busy laneway outside a cafe type shop where we were handed a sandwich with a choice of a bottle of water or a plastic cup of wine. Then free time just walking around. Bus trip to Pisa for an hour then unguided walk around. Just no value for money and far too large a group.

This was a great tour!...

Tristy_B, Jun 2026
This was a great tour! Our guides did an excellent job. The only problem was time. We left 30 minutes behind schedule, perhaps due to traffic or waiting on everyone to check in. Not sure, but it ended up taking away from our amount of free time. We were very rushed. Needed an extra hour at least in Florence!

Florence and Pisa in a day

Great way to have a see Florence in a short time and also Pisa. Luca kept us entertained and also gave us all some good tips and advice with clear local information. Would recommend the tour and the guide!

Florence/Pisa, Excellent Tour Combining two Cities

Eleanor_L, Jun 2026
This was a beautiful tour. We traveled on a comfortable double-decker bus and thoroughly enjoyed our day in both cities. Our tour guide, Ariana, was excellent and often quite funny with her jokes. We were given three hours of free time in Florence for sightseeing, shopping, and exploring on our own, although the time passed very quickly. Unfortunately, it was impossible to get inside the Cathedral because the line was extremely long. However, we were still able to see Michelangelo's David, the Arno River, and several other notable landmarks. One word of advice for Florence: pay close attention to the route your guide takes from the bus parking area to the city center. The streets can look very similar, making it easy to get lost when it's time to return to the bus. Unfortunately, one couple was left behind, even though the group waited an extra 15 minutes for them. Pisa was a little over an hour's drive from Florence, and we spent just over an hour there. The best part of the tour was that the bus took us directly back to the cruise port, leaving us with plenty of time to spare before departure. Overall, this was a very enjoyable and well-organized tour, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It was a nice tour with...

Melissa_M, Jun 2026
It was a nice tour with great guides but would have preferred to have more time in Pisa as it was more laid back and relaxing, lots a green space to sit on the grass and enjoy the views. We had less than an hour to explore so unable to climb the tower or explore the town, which was bigger than I anticipated, lots of restaurants and shops that we were unable to visit. Florence was nice to see but very busy, spent 3 hours there. If I had to do it over again I would have chosen a day tour in Pisa Instead.

Great trip for great price

Siobhan_H, Jun 2026
Fantastic trip, got to see all we expected to in Florence and Pisa. Getting dropped back directly to our cruise ship afterwards was an added bonus.

Both places amazing!

Kimberly_P, Jun 2026
Ignacio was amazing! I was the only English person on the bus so he did Spanish for everyone and English for me. I stayed closer to him during everything and we got great seats on the bus! We took a taxi to the meeting location and they dropped us back off at the port so we could have enough time at both stops. I would advise to just do the bus shuttle from the cruise ship. Everyone was on time. So we had plenty of time at both places. Definitely worth the money and great to go to both places. Bus rides are long but we just sat back and relaxed while Ignacio talked during some of it.

Great people, lots of bus time.

Scott_C, Jun 2026
I want to give this 5 stars for the tour guides Beatrice, Ariana, and driver, but the tour does not give you enough time to do much at either location. Large group, so you have to wait for anyone late. I would recommend you only go to Florence. Pisa is beautiful, but very small. Doing both is hours in the bus. Read the itinerary well before going. Again, the company was great and if just wanting a quick look at both towns, use this company. It’s not their fault the distance is far to travel.

Book it, 100% just book...

Kristen_V, Jun 2026
Book it, 100% just book it! It was fantastic! Tommy and Omi were so friendly and Luca was able to drop us off at the port! Great excursions 😊

Great excursion! Ariana and Beatrice rocked!

Jodi_L, Jun 2026
Ariana and Beatrice were great, helpful, and friendly!! We had enough time in both places and they even extra accommodated us and took us directly to the cruise port when we were running a tiny bit behind (due to traffic and late people on the tour). The ladies were great and offered great recommendations in both places.

A very informative trip to Florence and Pisa.

Helen_C, Jun 2026
Nacho was a fantastic guide. Very well organised giving us maps with routes to take and a what's app group with lots of useful information. I have never known such a organised and informative person on a tour. On top of that he had a great sense of humour. It made the journey pass by quickly.

Not enough time in Florence to see anything

Margaret_Q, Jun 2026
I booked this trip into Florence with the assurance from Viator that we had plenty of time to get to Uffizi Gallery for our tour. That was not true. By the time we got to the Gallery and stood in line to get in we had less than an hour to walk around and get a glimpse into a few rooms before we had to leave to catch the ride to Pisa. We should have been told there would not be time to see anything in the Gallery. We lost that experience totally due to bad advice.

Great value

Catera_W, Jun 2026
Great value for your money. We got apprx 1.5 hrs to explore each city. I personally appreciate the drop off at my ship.

Great Trip At a Great Price

Colton_S, Jun 2026
If you’re looking to go to Florence and Pisa and have time to explore on your own and don’t want to pay the insane inflated cruise price, this excursion is for you. They take care of you from start to finish and get you back with plenty of time to spare. We especially liked Tommy as our guide. His positivity is contagious.

Our tour leader and bus...

Michael_D, Jun 2026
Our tour leader and bus driver were the BEST! Very knowledgeable about the area. Made the trip very enjoyable!

Florence & Pisa

Lydia_M, Jun 2026
Our tour was wonderful. Florence and Pisa were great experiences. John and Raul were wonderful guides. Would highly recommend this tour. Great way to experience both in one day!

Great value trip

Kevin_M, Jun 2026
Great value, John and Raul driver even dropped us off back at each of our cruise ships, so we didn’t have to wait for our ship shuttle bus.

It was nice to see these...

Heather_H, Jun 2026
It was nice to see these places however it’s just a taste. There are many time constraints which made us a bit anxious. The guide was very good.

Very well organized...

IAN_F, Jun 2026
Very well organized though limited time in each place as both crowded. Will have to come back. Our guide Igna was very knowledgeable.

Nice day of sightseeing

Cindy_C, Jun 2026
The tour was as described on the website. Our guide Arianna was fantastic! She was very accommodating when there was confusion with the pick up time from our cruise ship. The tour guides describe the sights to see in each city and gave some history on the bus rides to the cities of Florence and Pisa. After walking us to the main sight seeing areas, the guides gave us maps highlighted with sights and allowed us to sightsee at our own leisure in each city. We enjoyed the tasting of wine along with a delicious local Italian sandwich in Florence. The tour was well worth it just for the transportation from city to city, then back to the pick up point. This was the perfect tour to get all the photo opportunities at the main sights, and allow us to think about those we’d like to explore further in the future.

Good, made worse by stragglers

Tat_W, Jun 2026
A bit hectic trying to “herd cats” on the large tour bus, guide & driver were pros, with some passengers not understanding the concept of being respectful of time probably made it lose one star. Florence really deserves a few days…

Exploring Florence and Pisa with Chara

Richard_J, Jun 2026
Wonderful tour guide Chara gave a complete background on both cities. Very funny young lady. Had a real good time

Nice day trip

Brandi_J, Jun 2026
Ariana was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and funny! Long day, we broke off from the group and met them at the bus in one half.

Igna is a truly amazing...

Yong_W, Jun 2026
Igna is a truly amazing tour guide whose deep knowledge and captivating storytelling made our trip both incredibly informative and highly enjoyable. He ran a perfectly organized tour while remaining highly attentive to individual's needs. The customized map and resource links he shared with everyone made exploring the main landmarks during our free time incredibly easy. Highly recommended!

Got us to Florence, Pisa,...

Robert_M, Jun 2026
Got us to Florence, Pisa, and back to the boat in time. Only downside is not enough time in Florence but that is because of geography and nothing to do with the tour operator.
