Great excursion very Chiara was very informative and easy going , lots of free time and lots of time to do your own thing
Great way to see both Florence and Pisa on a tight schedule, especially coming off a cruise ship, I feel we had plenty of time to explore both places on our own, and our tour guide Virginia was very informative on our bus ride to both places, I feel we didn’t miss a thing!
Very good tour however not enough time at each place Ignacio the tour guide was very nice. Carmen the driver took care of us in the drive and our stuff we left on the bus.
Come hungry! The tour includes generous portions of delicious food—enough for a full meal. Everything we sampled tasted amazing, and Luca shared fascinating stories about Sicily’s history, pointing out tucked-away streets and bustling markets we might otherwise have missed. Fun, knowledgeable, and considerate, he made the experience both delicious and made us fall more in love with Sicily.
Great day! Nacho was our guide, and he was very knowledgeable and funny! We accidentally booked the wrong day, and they emailed back immediately fixing it for us!!! Amazing communication! Perfect amount of time in Florence and Pisa! Would recommend 100%!!
Full day, multilingual tour of Pisa & Florence with Shore Emotions (guides Chiara & Bea, driver Lucca) was well done. Comfortable, clean, AC coach made a welcome experience on a very hot day. Both UNESCO sites must be reached on foot. Our guides thoughtfully gave us maps with coordinates that were very helpful. They interjected lovely humour throughout the trip. Our bus was a mixture of two cruise ships that were respectful of each other.
Highly recommend these guides.
It was a good experience, wanting to visit both Pisa and Florence this is a great trip. The lady was great and had a lot of information and the bus was on time.
Great time in Florence and Pisa. The guide Ariana was amazing. She gave just enough information and allowed us to go out and do things on our own and meet back up. We were two couples 50 and 70. And had no issues whatsoever with the itinerary. We even had particular requests, which Ariana me and pointed us in the right direction. Great time had by all.
Ariana Grande and Simone were our tour guides and driver. The experience was very organized and fun. We would recommend this if you are looking to explore Pisa and Florence it’s a very comfortable way to get around. Ariana Grande had an upbeat and positive energy that made the tour insightful and fun.
Most organized tour we have been on. Ignacio and Omi created a WhatsApp group chat to provide their contacts in case we get lost and share all the information we will require during our tour. Thank you Luca for getting us there and back in one piece.
Ignacio and our driver Simone did a wonderful job today. The tour was well laid out, I felt like we had plenty of time to explore and he made communication while exploring easily accessible and had wonderful suggestions for dining and gelato!
We are so grateful to have been able to explore Florence and Pisa in one day while still getting back to our cruise at a great time!

The experience was overall terrific. We had an amazing guide. They were well informed throughout the tour. Very educational information which made the tour really good and enjoyable.
Please let anyone who selects this tour that there is a lot of walking. In the heat made it difficult. Please be prepared for extensive walking.
This was a great way to see a bit of Florence and Pisa while still making it back to the ship with plenty of time to spare. Navigating the way to the meeting point was easy peasy and Ariana and Alda took great care of the group. It is impossible to see all of the galleries, etc. in Florence all in one afternoon, but 100% recommended to give you a sense of the city.
We had an excellent experience with this tour. The guide was excellent, all communication about pickup and times etc where all provided which made it easy to know where we had to go. Very good guide. Only disappointment was to have not enough time to arrange to climb the pisa as the only available time was past our leaving time. Also the trip was very good value

For our shore excursion I never thought we could actually visit Pisa and Florence within a day but our Guides Paula and Arianna made it possible. The tour was smooth sailing from the moment we gathered at the meeting point. Arianna had a lovely sense of humour and was very informative as we travelled towards Florence, where we had around 2.5hrs to explore on our own. We then hopped over to Pisa and quickly posed against the leaning tower during the hour we had there. The Guides also kindly organised a hop-on trolley (for a small fee) to take us quickly to Miracle Square. The coach back directly to the port / to the ship was also greatly appreciated after a long day. Highly recommended to get an insight into beautiful Tuscany.
Great trip for all ages! Prompt timing, informative and friendist guide, Chiara! We were a few minutes late & Chiara was very helpful with her communication as to where to meet & was easily identifiable. This was a great way to see two of the beautiful cities in Italy. The bus was very comfortable.

A really good way to see the highlights of Florence and Pisa in a day. Ignacio was a fabulous guide - flawlessly switching between Spanish and English. He was extremely knowledgeable about the stops. If you are on a cruise, this works out at half the price of what you would pay if you booked with the cruise company. Great value!

Our tour guide, Chiara, was excellent. She was helpful, gave great information and advice, and made the informational part of the tour pleasant and memorable.
However, the organizers of the tour changed the time on short notice and provided very poor information about how to access the shuttle to take us to the pick up spot; we had to walk to city center, even though we followed the advice the tour operator provided.
However, the worst part of the tour was related to the bus. It was a very hot day and the AC was malfunctioning, meaning that 65 of us were trapped in an oven-like box in 101° heat even though the listing touted the comfort of the AC on the bus. It was profoundly uncomfortable.
Chiara very kindly gave us ice cold water to drink and her presence and generosity were the only positive part of the tour.

We’re truly sorry that the heat made the journey uncomfortable. Tuscany experienced exceptionally high temperatures this summer, often exceeding 40°C (104°F), and unfortunately, even with the A/C running, it can be difficult to maintain a cool temperature inside a full coach.
Regarding the meeting point, we’re sorry there was some confusion. Detailed instructions are provided both on the tour page before booking and on the voucher to help guests reach the meeting point.
We appreciate your feedback and hope you still took home some nice memories of the day.
Very knowledgeable guide with Igna, give lots of little details of the area as we travelled. Very accommodating with our requests, and very passionate about the history of Italy.

I was very disappointed with this excursion. There were approximately 80 people on the tour, and because the group was bilingual, every announcement had to be made in both English and Spanish. While I understand the need to accommodate everyone, it significantly reduced the amount of useful information shared.
More importantly, this was not really a guided excursion. We were simply transported to Florence, dropped off, and left on our own for approximately 2–3 hours. After that, we were transported to Pisa, where we were given about an hour of free time before returning to the ship. There was no guided sightseeing, historical commentary while exploring the cities, or organized activities. Essentially, this excursion was nothing more than transportation between locations.
To make matters worse, the tour did not even provide transportation from the cruise ship to the city center where the bus departed. We had to arrange and pay for that ourselves, which cost approximately €20.
Based on the description, I expected a true shore excursion with a knowledgeable guide and a more engaging experience. Instead, I paid for transportation and very limited guidance. I believe the excursion description should more clearly state that it is primarily a transfer service with independent free time rather than a guided tour.
I would not recommend this excursion to anyone looking for a meaningful guided experience of Florence and Pisa.

We would, however, like to clarify a few points for future travelers reading this review. The excursion you booked is designed as a transportation service to Florence and Pisa accompanied by a multilingual tour leader, allowing guests to explore both cities independently during their free time. It is not advertised as a guided walking tour with licensed guides in the cities, and this is clearly stated in the tour description, itinerary, and inclusions before booking.
Regarding the size of the group and the bilingual commentary, this is part of the shared tour format and allows us to offer a more inclusive experience, welcoming guests from different countries and language backgrounds while ensuring everyone receives the necessary information throughout the day.
As for the shuttle from the cruise ship to the meeting point, this service is operated independently by the port authority and the cruise line. For this reason, it is not included in the tour price, as clearly indicated in the tour information provided before departure. The shuttle fare is determined by the port and cruise company and is therefore outside our control.

Omi and John were great guides and Luca was a safe driver. You’re able to do what you want since it’s self guided, but they also give a recommended route which was very good.
This was an incredible experience. Our guides Ignacio and Omi were so knowledgeable and helpful, and the driver Luca was very good too. What I was most impressed with was the organization of the tour. They provided recommended routes and restaurants that allow you to maximize your time in both Florence and Pisa, which is great if you’re coming in totally new. Everything was very clearly communicated and the timing/logistics were very tight, ensuring a stress-free experience. The guides were very helpful as well with practical things such as letting us know how and what tickets to book, where bathrooms were located, as well as providing commentary throughout. Finally, we really appreciated that options for minimizing long walks to the attractions were provided, especially in the summer heat. The excursion even took us directly back to the boat. A very stress free, organized and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this excursion!
