Itinerary
Kick off your day tour with hassle-free pickup directly from your Florence hotel (or the central Hotel Boccaccio meeting point) and head to the Cinque Terre on board an air-conditioned Mercedes minivan. Enjoy scenic views of the Tuscan countryside during the 2-hour drive to the coast while your professional driver navigates.
Once you reach Riomaggiore, your driver will accompany you to the town center to explore on your own, then help you board the public ferry to Manarola with pre-booked tickets. Alternatively, you can hike the trail from Riomaggiore to Manarola at your own pace.
After free time in Manarola, your driver will help you board the train with pre-booked tickets for the seafront ride to Vernazza, where you can sightsee, shop, and dine (own expense) before taking the train back to Riomaggiore.
From here, you’ll head back to Florence by minivan with a stop to admire the Leaning Tower of Pisa and other treasures in Piazza dei Miracoli for about an hour along the way.

Alberto was so friendly, funny and kind! He was so informative during our 2 hour drive to. cinque Terre. He told us about the wineries, white marble, sunflowers, farms, acquaducts…. Everything we passed on our drive. He was very clear with instructions on where to meet and pointed out exceptional spots for the beautiful views of the colorful villages. He even score us the balcony table at. Cliffside restaurant in Vernazza. I highly recommend this tour!

My wife and I went on this tour and for the rainy weather I give them a pass since no company can control the weather. We both felt the guide was lacking, he wasn't very engaged with our group, he didn't give us any specific insight about the areas we were traveling to to take advantage of (ie go here for a good picture.....this area is where you're going to get the famous pictures etc). The first area we went to was probably the most scenic but our guide just told us to meet him at some structure in 15-20 mins while he parked the car so we stopped and grabbed food but then when we got to the meet up point he said oh we have like 10 more minutes here. For the third area where we stopped and grabbed lunch we ate at their recommend restaurant but their seafood pasta gave me food poisoning (not the tour company's fault but I do give them some of the blame for recommending them). That sickness screwed up our plans for the rest of our time in Florence. Overall my wife and I felt like we were provided a polite driver but not an immersive guide for the areas we traversed. For the money we did not think this was worth the cost.

This tour was excellent. We had a wonderful time. Our guide Claudius was amazing. He was attentive and kind. The views were stunning. There were several short walks up staircases in Cirque Terre we could take to see beautiful views. The guide recommended a great restaurant for lunch. We had fun seeing Pisa as well.

Gabrielle (FIVE STARS)…..tour overall was not a great experience. One of the guest that did the tour with us was very disrespectful with everyone else’s time. She complained about something the entire time and ruined our experience. We tried to enjoy it as much as possible. Gabrielle was very patient with her and professional. I really wish we would have kicked her off the van at the beginning of the day!

We were in a small group to visit Cinque Terre. Gabrielle was a fantastic guide and was very flexible with customizing the trip. If everyone in the group did not wish to travel the same way he provided options so everyone got the experience they wanted. We walked the Love Path and it was fantastic. It was an extra cost, but worth it.
