Nacho was a fantastic guide. Very well organised giving us maps with routes to take and a what's app group with lots of useful information. I have never known such a organised and informative person on a tour. On top of that he had a great sense of humour. It made the journey pass by quickly.

From the cruise NCL Epic we went to a Viator shore excursion tour to Florence by Shore Emotion. First, we had to take a shuttle to middle of the town, Livorno, and there we met with the group guided by Adrianna, Marcella and driver Luka (please pardon the name spellings). It was a big group and we were taken to a double deckers bus. From there they took us to Florence with a bathroom break in between. During the trip we were entertained by Adrianna and Marcella in both English and Italian. The ride was about an hour and a half and the bus was quite comfortable so we did not have any problem. Once there, we had two options, one group led by Marcella heading to a market and the other group guided by Adrianna will take people to visit a wine tasting site. After that, we were free to roam Florence for few hours and meet back at predetermined place. Once again, the trip back took around an hour and half and thankfully Luka dropped all of us at the disembarked dock, saving us from having to take the shuttle back. Florence is a great city to visit and this tour was wonderfully guided by the two ladies, Adrianna and Marcella. We were very informed and they always answered any questions we had. Overall, I highly recommend this tour and would not hesitate to do it again. Tip - when you’re in Livorno, make sure you are in a right group since Shore Emotion also had different tours going to different places.

Great tour and value. Visit includes two stops (1) Younger female run winery Patrizia Cencioni, solid Brunellos (2) Lunch in Pienza, at a great restaurant with most most insane countryside views (3) Montepulciano winery that’s mind blowing. Ancient winery Cantina Ercolani. This is where they have full range, full body brunellos. Pairing with food/cheese. Our guide here Luisa was spectacular. The knowledge and wisdom she shared made the experience 5x ⭐️. Highly recommend. Leave at 9am, back in Florence 6:30pm.
