The tour was totally worth it. We were greeted by Magda and Nico at our meetup location and we could tell things were going to be great. They really went out of their way to find the best location for us to see something that we’ve been wanting to see for years. On top of that, Magda took awesome photos of everyone and helped others capture their own photos with gear they brought. Easy to recommend this excursion but it’s even better with Magda and crew.

Fantastic night in search of the northern lights

Beautiful experience hunting for the northern lights. Tour starts around 6 PM to leave in search of the aurora. Our guide was very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful experience with a bonfire and marshmallows. Thermal suits for everyone, including children. After much searching, our guide finally managed to find the spot where we were able to see the magnificent northern lights. Serious and professional tour, recommended!

I tried a tour with my 9-year-old. Fortunately, the weather was good, and I was able to see many beautiful auroras. It was easy to participate because the large bus with a restroom was warm inside and allowed for breaks at any time. We warmed up by the bonfire, made hot dogs, and had hot chocolate. You took so many beautiful pictures, and I was able to download them for free later. It was a tour that satisfied the whole family.

What a beautiful and unforgettable excursion! We were very lucky to be able to observe both orcas and a whale in the wild. An experience that will stay in our memories for a long time! 😍 We were also incredibly lucky with the weather. The sea, the impressive mountains, and the breathtaking Norwegian landscape were simply dreamlike! A very special thank you goes to Mario and his colleagues from the crew. The two of them were extremely friendly, warm, and explained everything to us in detail and in an understandable way. One felt completely comfortable on board. The entire tour was an absolute highlight of our Norway vacation and worth every cent! We would do this excursion again anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend it! ❤️🐳

Unmissable

Excellent. From start to finish. Our guide was Ian. Kind with extensive knowledge about the history and geography of Tromso. We found the Auroras at the first stop, and even so he took us to 2 more places where each time we saw more and even more beautiful ones. Warm, kind, he was able to create a climate of camaraderie in a diverse group of Romanians, Americans and 2 Argentinians 😂 and it was a magical night. He dropped each of us off at our hotel even though it wasn't agreed upon. Coffee, cakes, laughter, auroras. Honestly much more than we expected. Highly recommend.

Positive experience in every aspect.

Our initial booking was cancelled due to storms, but several alternatives we're offered. Communication from the operator was excellent. The boat is clean and comfortable, staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. Clear updates were given along the way at every stage. Lots.of information was given about the whales in the area, their behavioural traits and lives. We were lucky to see several pods of orca and a number of hump back whales. In addition there were interesting seabirds, though sadly we failed to notice a passing sea eagle. Participant safety was prioritised, and potential hazards and alternative plans made clear before sailing so that travellers had the option of sailing at a later date. A speaker system on deck would be helpful in identifying sightings to those outdoors on a different deck, otherwise excellent all round.

Even though we traveled outside of Tromso because it was cloudy, the team was tireless and made the uncertain, certain. Fabulous! Congratulations to the entire team that made the decision to camp in Skibotn and trust that the sky would open in that place. As the minutes passed, the sky became starry and the Northern lights began to appear. First timidly until we were graced with a magical ball that moved the group, recording in photograph a memory that will last a lifetime. Thanks to Matias on behalf of the whole team.

Absolutely unforgettable experience!!

The tour staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their experience and dedication made it possible for us to witness the Northern Lights for the very first time in our lives. And yes—we saw them! Not just a glimpse, but lots of them, dancing across the night sky and reflecting beautifully on the calm waters of a remote beach, with majestic mountain peaks forming the perfect backdrop. It was an absolutely unforgettable experience!

While in Finland and...

While in Finland and Norway, we enjoyed many arctic activities, but this was our favorite. We’re animal lovers and appreciate a thrill, and this offered both. The people were so kind and educated us on how to do the activity properly but also on how they (and more importantly, the pups!) prepare for it. Although it’s not ideal for children, we brought our 7-year-old and they made it safe and fun for all of us. There are lots of husky opps in the north, but this one appears to be one truly caring for the dogs. The dogs seem happy and are so eager to go for a fun run through the beautiful mountain side. I have no interest in a sport that gratifies me but at the same of the health and happiness of an animal, and these guys seem to do such an amazing job that both humans and pups are healthy and happy to be there.

Beautiful experience

This was a once in a lifetime experience for my partner and I. The reindeers are free to roam and come to you whenever they want to eat from the bucket of food provided. The scenery is beautiful and the short sledding was memorable. The storytelling was wonderful and we were happy to hear that we are promoting the Sami culture. The reindeer stew was really delicious.
