Great Hike day trip from Rovaniemi

This was an excellent tour. We went in early April and the waterfalls were still frozen. The going could be a bit icy and slippery but it was worth it. We were picked up from our hotel at 825am as part of a small group. We were at the office at 9am and fitted for overalls and crampons. It was about 90 minutes drive to the park. The hike was about 3 miles, a lot of hills up and down, but very good. The scenery was beautiful and the guide knowledgeable. About 4/5 of the way through the hike we stopped to grill hot dogs at a fun barbecue spot. We were back at our hotel around 430pm.

Just an incredible tour with Juho on his family's reindeer farm with nonstop highlights all morning - feeding the reindeer, watching Juho's father interact with the herd, enjoying homemade pancakes and berry jams made by Juho's mother Liisa, and getting to walk the adorable Noppe in the forest. Loved that White Winter Lapland is a working, non-touristy farm that lets their reindeer live as they wish without forcing them to do anything (even the walk), and that the family works the farm themselves and were happy to share nuggets on reindeer herding and life in Lapland with us. Would love to visit again some day!

Tiring day but worth the effort

Was sceptical about booking this tour as it's a 50-50 chance but saw the reviews and went ahead with it anyways. I badly wanted to see the Northern Lights and of course capture a photo in person. Glad it all came true. Paul and SK were amazing throughout the tour and the bus driver too. Took all the effort to take us to Sweden as Finland was cloudy and we saw the Northern Lights exactly as advertised. Could only get the green aura but then can't ask for more after 4 hours of travel and hunting. Gave us hot coffee in the office initially and then took the perfect pictures for our social medias. Paul and SK were very enthusiastic and took multiple photos of everyone to feel better. It was the perfect tour and happy it all came down so well. Would recommend you all to book the tour as even though it says it's chancy, rest assured, it's a 90% chance of being successful as the tour group goes all in and takes every effort to make it come true. Best day ever

Our snowmobile experience today was amazing, one of the best things I've ever done in my life! Our guide Nacho was so passionate, professional and helpful. His instructions were clear and we felt confident once we started. Our seven year old son was transported in a heated pod by Nacho which was awesome for him. A Successful Hunt Due to Persistent Guides

We had a great experience on this tour. Our guides were Santiago, Leevi, and Max. They were in good communication with other hunters and were persistent in finding clear skies; we drove all the way to Sweden and it paid off! We were on the group (bus) tour and we departed at 7:30pm and returned to Rovaniemi at 2:30am as most of the northern light activity occurred just around midnight. Wear ski pants if you have them as we did traverse some pretty snowy terrain to get away from the road. Guides were friendly, professional, persistent, and provided a link to download all the pictures they took of the tour participants. Great experience for us!

Auroras and Wet Suits

Spent a close to a week in lapland, was lucky enough to have seen the auroras already. Was told this was not a good day to see again, guess what ? Once arrive to location auroras were waiting on us for the second day in a row. Our guide was very passionate about nature and provided a wealth of knowledge about the area. Once the auroras disappeared in about 20 minutes we proceeded to a wam cabin in which we were introduced to our survivals wet suits. Instructions were given and proceeded to get in to a froze lake. Ice had to be broken apart so that we could get in.... yes it was that cold. My teenager son was the first one in and the last one out, what and amazing experience. Once in a lifetime. Just book it!

Absolutely amazing experience. A fairly long ride in a van at full capacity felt a little tight but doable. Once at the destination we could stretch out and then enjoy the ride. Having total control of the beautiful huskies felt safe with experienced guides close by. The company do supply all weather attire which is definitely needed. Definitely worth the experience.
