We had a wonderful Arctic fjord cruise experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and shared interesting information throughout, making the cruise interactive rather than just a sightseeing trip. This boat tour was fantastic. We had great views of the fjords and it was such perfect weather which was even better. The tour was so informative with information being presented inside or you could go outside to the viewing decks. There is an underwater drone camera which we used to see wildlife within the water, we also made a stop at a fish facility where local families traditionally store and dry fish, we even got to try some cod liver oil and halibut, this was a very interesting stop. We then sailed past the site of a capsized German war ship which was an interesting piece of history. The tour was 4 hours long and I would say every part was worth it!

It was a fantastic experience. Apparently one of the better days recently for a tour *weather conditions. And it was spectacular. The views were breathtaking, the atmosphere intoxicating, and the crew running the whole thing? Great work to Tobias, Bee, Erik and Christine. Engaging, and friendly. 10/10. Highly recommend.

The whole crew was lovely & welcoming. Although a special mention needs to be made for Sandra - she was an incredible storyteller and really made the trip for us! Her knowledge of the area's history & the fjords made the experience unforgettable. I have so many notes in my phone & interesting facts after this tour! We have been on a lot of tours/ trips & she is one of the best guides we’ve ever had!

Easy access , modern electric boat which had great viewing throughout both outdoor & indoor & lovely refreshment facilties.

Great scenery, informative commentary and an interesting stop at a ‘fish processing small factory/musuem’.
The boat was busy and warm….but still comfortable. Hybrid engine was very quiet.
Lots of photo opportunities.

The water was a little choppy on the day we did this but the view was gorgeous. There are prettier fjords in Norway but if you're only in Tromso, this was a fun way to spend a couple of hours. The staff gave some fun, informative talks during the ride to keep you entertained if you prefer not to face the cold air outside.

This was a very easy and relaxing cruise. It was not over booked!! There were plenty of tables so you could walk outside to view the fjords or sit inside with a large window and have a drink..

Amazing cruise and stunning scenery. Lots of fantastic information as we travelled through the fjords and around some of the islands. Really informative and lots of fun! Only slight let down was the stop halfway - took ages to dock and then the 3 different sessions felt quite disorganised - no obvious plan of where to go/what to do so missed a lot of the info. This bit I think could be significantly improved. But the team were still great and overall worth it!

It was a very overcast day but they were very knowledgeable and told us all about the culture and surrounding areas. The only thing I could improve upon is to have outside speakers so you can hear what they’re saying while you’re out taking pictures.

Nice boat. Competent and friendly staff. Beautiful scenery.
Didn’t reallycare for the stop at the fish plant. That was pretty lame.
But, overall, a fun experience and a fair value.

Very informative small cruise around Tromsø, with brand new ecoboat. The crew is professional, friendly and super educated about historical, cultural, ecological and political matters. Very popular. Beautiful landscape on a clear day!

I had a great time on this excusion. It went to 3 different places to see the area. Francesca gave the tour at the fishery. It was very interesting and informative. I forget the name of the gentleman who was telling us about the area while enroute but he was excellent also.

We had a lovely boat ride in the surrounding fjords, enjoying the sun and fresh breezes on our faces while enjoying the beautiful scenery all around us. When it got a little chilly we went inside for some warm tea and snacks, and enjoyed several very interesting talks about local history, industries, the kelp forest and sea life. We stopped at an old cod drying station and museum, sampling some fish as well. The staff and crew were extremely kind and attentive. Our trip finished with a beautiful sunset ride back to port in Tromso - a very relaxing and beautiful afternoon.

The crew was wonderful and very hard working to insure we all had a good time. Very knowledgeable about the area and history, and the drone they sent under the water to locate fish etc. was fun to watch. Nice comfortable modern boat with plenty of seating in the warm inside and enough outside area to wander and get some good pictures. We were lucky to have a nice crisp sunny day to enjoy everything. Again, can’t say enough about the crew, they were all excellent.

- Cool way to see the fjords but try to go on a clear day. Unfortunately for us, it was cloudy/rainy but still enjoyed some beautiful scenery
- Crew was 10/10 amazing! So friendly, approachable, & knowledgeable. Having great staff take care of you always elevates the experience!
- Accommodations on the brim explorer were top tier— it was cool to experience an electric boat! Plenty of indoor seating, lots of deck space, 4 bathrooms, and they had drinks/snacks at the bar (for purchase). There’s also WiFi on board. It was a very smooth & comfortable ride.
- Overall, it was a great experience but I wouldn’t call it a must-do for Tromsø. What’s great is that unlike many other experiences, this one is unlikely to be cancelled due to weather so you can go anytime. We enjoyed our time but for the price, it wasn’t a 5 star experience.
