Great experience, the crew is very attentive and informative. Everyone was super friendly and we had some nice chats with the crew. We saw lots of wildlife, for example eagle, dolphines and jelly fish! The fishing was very fun and we even caught some fish that we then ate in the delicious fish soup that was prepared by the sweet cook. I definitely recommend the trip!

Great experience!! A perfect look into the arctic fjords with interesting facts on the local wildlife and Tromso culture.
Despite the cold and windy weather, it was still completely worth it! The guides provided thermal suits, which allowed us to stay outside and do some fishing. Someone in the group caught a cod that was used for one of the best fish shoups I had in my life (thanks Paolo!). Overall, great experience with super friendly guides at a reasonable price compared to other offers.

Absolutely loved this experience with my two sons. Very friendly and helpful guides made the trip so enjoyable and fun. Unfortunately, I never caught any fish, but we did spot a few white tailed eagles on the fjord islands. The stew served on board was lovely.

What an incredible day!! First, the staff is top notch. They were all very friendly and helpful. We traveled with our five-year-old daughter and everyone was so gracious. The Captain let her sit in the first mate’s chair in the Captains Quarters!
The views of the fjords were stunning and the wildlife - white tailed eagle and red foxes - were majestic in their natural habitat.
The fishing was wonderful! Almost everyone who wanted to fish caught a fish! One the way back we enjoyed delicious fish soup!
I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a little adventure and some picturesque views of Tromso’s landscape!

Boating through the fjords and taking in the views while drinking endless hot chocolate was so much fun! The guide and cook were fantastic and super friendly. We got to stop a few times to fish. A few people in our group were able to catch some fish which the cook put in the soup for lunch. It was delicious! The only reason I am rating this a 4 instead of a 5 is because we wish we were able to fish longer than just a few minutes in the areas we stopped. Other than that it was fantastic!

Second time we've done this. The crew really takes care if their guests. Soup and bread are delicious. Saw porpoises and white-tailed eagles. Caught cod on or April trip and nothing in July. Others on the boat caught cod and coal fish. Bad luck for us for fish but good for eagles. It was rainy but will still had a great time. Scenery is fantastic.

Excellent boat trip. Staff were enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Raul was excellent and made the trip explaining the geology and the local history. We saw the Eagles and learned so much in the trip.

The boat was docked at the Northern end of downtown Tromsø, which has convenient EasyPark parking lots nearby. The boat had plenty of space for the entire group; most groups being able to secure their own table the day we went.
The crew was absolutely amazing. They tossed frozen fish to show us the white-tailed eagle. They taught us to fish cod and later gutted them, showing us how to identify male and female. The crew member speaking on the mic knew so much about everything, local wildlife, passing locations, and history.
They used the cod we made to make a delicious soup for lunch which we also enjoyed with Norwegian flatbread.
The views were stunning when it was clear but we still had fun and stayed warm when there was heavy snow.

Staff were very nice, we went to the wrong pick up point at first. We called the office, and they waited for us to arrive at the new meeting point despite it has passed the starting time a bit.
We managed to see a white-tailed eagle on the cruise and staff would throw fish to the sea to demonstrate to us how eagles hunt.
We did some fishing, but since there are a lot more people than fishing rods, the 6 of us shared one fishing rod for around 5 minutes, so we were not able to catch a fish. But we saw some other people did.
Ths fish soup was ok, but the waffle (not included in the trip, 25NOK/pc) was great, we had 2.
All in all, a good tour to relax and still have something to do after a Northern Lights tour that ended at 3am on the previous night.

I'd never been fishing before but wanted to give it a go, plus this tour is effectively a cruise through the fjords with fishing as an optional bonus.
You get unlimited hot drinks and biscuits plus a delicious fish soup, there's comfy seats inside where it's warm and space to stand outside where it's cold but amazing views, so it's worth it. Saw white tailed sea eagles too!
I managed to catch an unidentified orange blob on my first try with the rod, which may be a new species.
The crew are really friendly and also provide some commentary along the way. Highly recommend this tour.

We enjoyed our experience very much. Out tour guide Raoul was very entertaining. As a marine biologist, he could answer Evert question you had about wild life and Whales. We saw a white tailed Eagle, and fished two fish but no other wild life than that. Nevertheless we enjoyed the trip very much

Excellent tour guides who were friendly and informative. We saw a small pack of moose and some eagles. We had an endless supply of cookies and hot drinks and the views were breathtaking. I also caught a haddock which was put into the delicious fish stew. Highly recommend!
