Our trip to Fuji was once-in-a-lifetime, and thanks to our driver and guide, Osman, we had an amazing experience from beginning to end. He was very knowledgeable about the Japanese culture and all the places we’ve visited which made our trip a little learning experience on the Japanese culture. He also took great photos in key spots and adjusted the trip to our needs. We highly recommend him and if we ever come back to Japan with the kids we’ll have Osman as our guide again.

Our guide Shabeer was very knowledgeable, personable and really helped to customize an incredible rainy day experience! Both my daughter and I really enjoyed the experience! I would recommend!
This Mt. Fuji tour was awesome! Mizra is an excellent guide and knows exactly where to go to get the best views and the best overall experience. He knows the area really well, including the best spots for seeing Mt. Fuji and how to avoid the traffic and crowds.
The car was also very comfortable, which made the early start and full day much more enjoyable. We left Tokyo super early, but it was definitely worth it because we were able to see everything on our list while avoiding the big crowds. Mizra did a great job planning the day and making sure we got to all the best spots at the right times.
Overall, this was the best tour we did in Tokyo! We had an amazing day and would absolutely recommend Mizra to anyone looking for a Mt. Fuji tour.

Absolutely Amazing — Best Tour Ever!
Hands down, this was the best tour I have ever been on! Our guide Mirza was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. He was incredibly personable, knowledgeable and welcoming, and he truly made us feel like we were spending the day with family rather than simply taking a tour.
One thing we especially appreciated was his communication and experience. He recommended that we start our day earlier than originally planned to avoid the traffic, and we are SO glad we listened! Because of his recommendation, we avoided so much of the congestion and were able to really enjoy our day and make the most of our time at Mt. Fuji.
The entire experience felt relaxed, personal and never rushed. He took such great care of us throughout the day and made sure we had an incredible experience.
We laughed, we talked, we learned and we genuinely enjoyed spending the day with him. By the end of the tour, he truly felt like part of our group!

This is my highest recommendation. I went to Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Disney, Universal- I did everything!! And this was my absolute favorite part of my trip. Rashid is an incredible, kind soul that will accommodate all your needs and is very flexible with itinerary if you have ideas of places to visit on your own, as well as providing an incredible experience regardless if you have one or not. He gave us an experience we will never forget and I can’t wait to come back in the Fall to tour with him once again (we did our first tour in the summer). This tour is 5 stars all the way!!

One of the things we really wanted to see for our first time was Mt. Fuji. Hassan was a great tour guide. In addition to Mt. Fuji and some of the other things he took us to a small beautiful shrine in the area. I would recommend this tour highly, especially with Hassan!

My friend and I selected this tour from Tokyo because it was fully customizable, had an English tour guide option, and a pickup from our hotel. We were not disappointed.
Rashid, our tour guide, was friendly, accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained the different options we had; explained history as we drove; and helped us navigate each stop. Whether it was walking us through the shrine, giving us umbrellas at the cable car ride, walking us to the wind cave, or telling us the best ice cream to stop for in the heat-Rashid did it all!
We did not see Mount Fuji, but that would require a lot of luck. I could not recommend this tour enough-the scenic relaxed drive through mountains, valleys, farms, the different stops and customizable experience can’t be beat.
Tip: Watch out for the steep stairs on the breezeway/cable car ride. There isn’t a platform and you board the car from stairs that I found a little precarious. :-)

Usman our guide was wonderful. He had great recommendations and the area is beautiful whether you see the peak of Mt. Fuji or not. The Shrine at the beginning of the climb up Fuji is a must see. Great to get away from the crowds of Tokyo and be in nature.

Ahamed was our guide for our Mount Fuji tour while we celebrated our daughter’s birthday, and he made it truly special. Our tour was scheduled for a 7 AM departure, however Ahamed suggested we leave at 5 AM instead — a call that made all the difference. We got a clear view of Mt. Fuji several times, including from the best spots - Chureito Pagoda and Lake Kawaguchi. Soon Mt. Fuji became clouded over shortly after. Without his judgment, we would have completely missed it.
The rest of the day was just as great: a lovely village, delicious street food, outlet shopping, and a smooth return to Tokyo by 3 PM avoiding traffic. Ahamed’s pleasant personality and deep knowledge of Japan made the day even better — he gave us wonderful tips for other stops on our trip. He is also a professional photographer and took phenomenal photos of us throughout the day, like having our own personal photographer. Can’t recommend him enough!

Most comfortable way to see Mount Fuji! Our guide Usman suggested we get a really early start (6:30 am) to beat the crowds and have the best visibility. We were picked up in a very comfortable mini van and beat the crowds and the cloud cover that moved in later. Usman very thoughtfully put together the itinerary for short drives in between our stops and also accommodated our very special request to add in the Fuji Speedway museum. He was very knowledgeable about the various sites and was extremely friendly and reliable. Very smooth trip which will be a memory for a lifetime.

It's really a great experience and a very unforgetable moment. We were very lucky that it was a clear day so we were able to see Mt. Fuji clearly. A big thanks to our tour guide and driver Usman who helped us navigate the area and brought us to the very best place possible. Usman was really knowledgeable in the area and even told us history behind them. He can also speak very good English so language barrier was not an issue. He also took pictures of us and escorted us to the best spot to take them. It's like we had a personal photographer too. The tour is customizable and Usman accommodated us accordingly even on last minute request. This private tour is highly recommended if you love sightseeing. Also, you don't need to worry about other people since the whole van only belong to your group. The van is also almost brand new and clean so the trip was really comfortable. Anyway, 100% recommended and really worth it.

Really liked having the flexibility of a private tour with my daughter. Umar was great at communicating with us and let us have time in locations that we liked the most! Weather is not always cooperating but we made the best of it! The sushi place for lunch was Awesome!

It happened to be a rainy day. However, even with the rain, it was a wonderful tour. Our guide, Ahamed, arrived on time and suggested an itinerary; he asked if we had any preferences and recommended a few interesting and beautiful places to visit on a rainy day. For lunch, he took us to a family-run restaurant by the lake where we got to try a traditional dish. During the tour, he also told us a lot, answered our questions, and took some beautiful photos. The agency and the guide himself communicate with us and let us know the pickup time in advance. Since we didn't get to see Mount Fuji that day, we'll definitely go back.

Usman our driver was amazing! Not only was his knowledge excellent for everything we asked about, he had fantastic recommendations that were around our conversations, happy to alter the tour to our requests. Despite the rain and no sighting of the elusive Mt Fuji, we all had an incredible day. Our driver, Attary, was punctual and waiting for us exactly on time to begin our Mount Fuji tour. We were fortunate to have a beautiful day with clear skies, pleasant weather, and low humidity, and Attary did everything possible to ensure that we enjoyed every moment of it.

This was a great experience. Definitely a must do if you're in Tokyo. Usman is a great tour guide and very knowledgeable about Mt Fuji and Japan in general. Would recommend the tour to others and I also recommend having Usman as your tour guide. He guided us in the best way possible for halal food, picture spots and activities. Later, he recommended what turned out to be the BEST local restaurant we visited during our entire trip. Every bite was absolutely delicious, and it became one of our favorite memories.
