We will contact you via WhatsApp one day before the tour to confirm pickup details. *Pickup & Drop-off: Available within all 23 districts of Tokyo. *Hakone or Fuji Area Pickup: Scheduled for 10:00 AM. *Hakone or Fuji Area Drop-off: Scheduled for 4:00 PM. We provide both pickup and drop off within all districts of Tokyo areas. -‼️If your pickup or drop-off location is Haneda Airport, Narita Airport, Yokohama, or Chiba, please select the “With Transfer” option, which covers the additional distance. -This option covers the additional distance and cost, but does not extend the tour duration. ⚠️ If the tour is booked without the “With Transfer” option and the requested pickup or drop-off location is outside Tokyo, the booking may need to be adjusted to the appropriate transfer option or an additional transfer charge may apply.

Excellent trip- fully customised to our needs (handy with an autistic daughter) , water provided in a very comfortable car and a friendly (but not intrusive) guide - Reja- who I cannot recommend highly enough

Our Mt. Fuji sightseeing tour was a wonderful experience! Jason was an outstanding guide, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the area. He shared so much interesting information throughout the day and made sure everyone had a great experience. We truly enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend it.
The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is because of the additional pickup fee. Although we were staying within the advertised pickup area, the extra charge wasn't communicated clearly when we booked, so it came as an unexpected surprise. Better communication about any additional fees would make the experience even better.
Overall, we had an amazing day, and Jason made our visit to Mt. Fuji one to remember!

Great day! Ken was knowledgeable and we had great conversations! Felt very comfortable the entire trip…he was waiting for us at morning pickup time…walked us up to each entrance and had conversations with the cashier/host as needed… and was there waiting for us after each excursion. It was just a very easy and fun day. Thanks Ken!

Driver guides are very different from walking guides in Japan. We had an excellent driver who genuinely wanted us to have an exceptional experience. However, he was unable to go into the venues with us and his depth of knowledge was limited. Our driver was professional, polite and caring. He was patient and went above and beyond for us.

It’s not a tour, it’s a driver. You have to research all the places you want to visit, figure out enough time to spend there, and buy tickets online in advance if you want to save time.
You also have to consider traffic - we hit traffic both ways - and ended up paying extra, in cash. The company and the driver made sure to remind us multiple times that every extra 30 min is additional $.
We had Ken as our driver. He’s not a tour guide and clearly has no desire to be one. This is a side gig while he’s in school so he can practice English - he told us that much. There was a miscommunication where we thought he said he’ll pick us up from a certain location but it turned out we had to go back. Not a great communicator, and is annoying with personal questions. Like why do you need to know my partners’ age? Also, the car was supposed to have free water and WiFi - we had none.
I’ve done multiple tours all over the world and will rate this on the bottom.
Again, do your own research about everything and just hire an uber to take you places while there.

Ken was a fantastic driver and guide for our Hakone & Mt Fuji tour. Friendly, professional, and spoke very good English. He took us to some amazing photo spots and made the whole day smooth and enjoyable for our family. We booked through Viator and the booking process was very easy. Highly recommended!

Perfectly clear day of viewing Mount Fuji from all directions. This was an amazing tour with breathtaking views. Kuzi was a fantastic guide and gave perfectly clear directions, which made this super easy to do solo.

Hiring a private guide was perfect for exploring Mt Fuji. Hideki was kind, compassionate and very flexible. What a wonderful day we had! The only issue was the traffic returning to Tokyo…. Over 4 hours to get back into the city.

I love that it was customizable. We were able to change the itinerary with what we wanted to see instead of a planned itinerary. Our driver, Hideki, knew of some amazing spots to capture great pictures. He was fantastic! Seats in the car were perfect with reclining and foot rest capabilities. We could nap during the longer stretches in between attractions.

Wow! What an amazing day. Our guide, Jason, was unbelievably fun, knowledgeable, and suited the day to our interests.
