Mount Pilatus Summit from Lucerne with Lake Cruise
Viator was easy to schedule and their communication was superb from start to finish. Our tour guide, Anna Belle, was extremely knowledgeable of Mount Pilatus and Lucerne, Switzerland. This tour was one of the highlights we experienced during our time in Lucerne. The views from Mount Pilatus are beautiful and breathtaking. We highly recommend Viator and this tour.

Best Paragliding Experience!
Our experience was awesome. My wife and I have never done anything like this before and we're so glad we did. Our pilots, Flo and Simon were the best. Flo takes the best photos and video while you're in the air and makes it really fun.
Don't worry about bringing your own camera, they got that covered. For $40 CHF, they'll download your photos and video straight from their iPad to your phone. Super easy and you're not obligated to buy them, but why wouldn't you?
Enjoy your time in the air. I'd say we flew for about 20 ish minutes and the views of Interlaken are insane. I definitely recommend this hands down 100%!

If you are in Switzerland, Zürich, you have to take this tour. It’s a must.
The trip was so well organized and well communicated. Very smooth. Angela was the absolute best. If you take the tour ask for her. She did the tour both in English and Spanish and memorized everything it seemed like. Very good communicator. Well worth the money. By far.

The top of Europe is tops!
This was the highlight of our Switzerland experience. It was the right itinerary for us. If you have to pick one mountain top experience: this is the one that you want to do. The right amount of time without feeling rushed at each location. Olga was a wealth of information and presented in an entertaining way (there aren’t any cows in the lowlands in the summer: they’re in the mountains on vacation!). She knew that there was weather moving in and led us directly to the lift to the Sphinx Observatory so we wouldn’t miss it. It started snowing in n July while we were up there and several outdoor areas closed right after we got through. Also she re-checked on us as the rapid change in altitude left us winded. We felt looked after and it was comforting as well as an appreciated safety measure. She knew the right place to snack (the self- service restaurant at the Sphinx observatory) and where to get my cocktail on (Aperol spritz is the drink of the summer). Timing was punctual and as advertised. Worth the money and we would recommend highly!!

Amazing Mt. Titlis Tour – Wonderful for Families!
We had an absolute blast on our trip to Mt. Titlis! Our guide Vladimir was incredible—so professional, kind, and attentive. He took extra special care of me and my kids, making sure everyone was safe, happy, and having fun the entire day. The mountain was breathtaking, but his outstanding service made it truly unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Definitely a good experience!
This is definitely worth the effort to experience an extreme environment in a safe manor. It might not be the best experience for very small children and you definitely need some cold weather clothing. I was grateful for our guide (Kid) and his prepared nature in helping us experience the tour well. I would have preferred a slower pacing to read the historical aspects of the cogwheel train’s development and to play in the ice palace longer, but this tour introduced me to “how” to prepare and plan for it. Definitely recommending!

Two Aussie travellers.
Make sure you wear comfortable walking shoes and that you arr able to climb stairs. There is a lift to take you down to the Falls, but if you take the lift back you will miss some of the best views of the Rhine Falls. Bernie and George were our tour guides and both were lovely people. Nothing was too much trouble. Bernie gave excellent information about everything we saw. We would highly recommend this tour.

A taste of chocolate culture
Julianna was an excellent guide. She set a reasonable pace and chose well for the selection of samples. She provided interesting and pertinent historical comments about the chocolate industry, the city and the region. She was also most helpful with local recommendations. We enjoyed the tour and recommend it.

Fantastic full day trip....
Fantastic full day trip. Operator allowed to join in Lucerne and go back to Zurich and they stored our luggage on bus which was appreciated. Fantastic trip and easy to book. Do watch the weather forecasts though and try and time your trip for a clear day. Leader was vey helpful and entertaining.

Exactly as described but...
Exactly as described but could have added the number of steps involved. Didn't mind them, I can do that many, but we had like 20,000 steps when we thought there wouldn't be much at all with mostly train riding/viewing. I wouldn't change it, loved it, just saying probably should let people know so they for sure wear the correct shoes. We also decided to stay up in Interlaken after the tour left and they guide helped us out with detailed information on how to get back on our own. This was wonderful! We used the time to take the funicular up to the top in Interlaken - well worth the add!

Fantastic tour
Fabulous day to the Top of Europe. Our tour guide, Andrea was so enthusiastic & knowledgeable giving commentary along the journey and the best photo opportunities. Jumping the queue gave us more time on the mountain. All well organised, Highly recommended .

Majestic Alps
The pickup site for the tour bus was easy to find and the ride to and from Engelberg from Lucern was without an hitch. Mt. Titlist is an amazing place to visit especially if you love snow and panoramic views of natural beauty. The views from the gondola and rotair to the summit were spectacular! And watching the skiers “bravely” wind down the slopes was awe-inspiring. At 75 years of age, I unfortunately had to skip the sledding, but having the clouds part for views of the majestic cliffs while on the suspension bridge will be an everlasting memory. Even though it was a beautiful sunny day, a hat, scarf and warm jacket were needed at the top. Being 10,000 ft high on a mountain in the Alps was an experience of a lifetime! Do it!
