The official departure point for all tours departing from Zurich is Sihlquai Bus Station, near Zurich’s main train station (Zürich HB). Please check in at least 15 minutes before departure at the “Best of Switzerland Tours” counter with your QR code on your voucher ready, printed or electronically.

Itinerary
Pack or wear your winter gear (jackets and boots are also available to rent at the summit), and make your way to the central Zurich meeting point.
Board your comfortable, climate-controlled coach and relish scenic Swiss vistas as you travel over an Alpine pass and along the lake to the city of Lucerne, with a photo stop en route.
On arrival, enjoy a short orientation drive followed by some time at leisure to explore Lucerne’s scenic Old Town.
Continue by coach to Engelberg, a mountain resort cradled by the Swiss Alps. Climb aboard the Titlis Rotair, a rotating cable car that affords panoramic Alpine vistas. Take in 360-degree views and then disembark near Mt. Titlis’ snowy summit.
Enjoy some free time to explore inside the glacier at the Glacier Cave and ride the Ice Flyer chairlift (not included if snow experience option selected), if the weather allows, in order to get closer to frozen crevices. Soar down a snow slide on inner tubes in Glacier Park (when weather permits) and summon your courage to walk over Europe’s highest suspension bridge, the Titlis Cliff Walk.
Finally, reconvene with your guide for the return journey to central Zurich.
In winter, from December to March, you can choose the Snow Experience option. Slide down the hill on snow tubes and try skiing on the beginner slopes—definitely a memorable experience you shouldn't miss. A Titlis Snow Park staff member will provide equipment and supervise but instruction is not included.

The driver and the guides were excellent. The drive to the destination was smooth and he was great navigating through the many switchbacks and narrow small town roads. The guides were cheerful, knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommend this excursion!

Breathtaking scenery beautiful drive. Long day, but well worth it. Highly recommended to do when in Zurich. Unfortunately our tour guide talked constantly and of course in two languages. The microphone was turned up way too loud. It was just nonstop chatter for the entire drive going there. It gave everybody a headache very nice lady, but she talked too much and was too loud.
Our trip started in Lauterbrunnen, and it was so beautiful we walked around and passed shops, we went into some chocolate shops and it was amazing! Afterwards we headed to Mt.Titlis where we enjoyed the gondolas, the ice flyer thankfully it was clear sunny skies! And the cliff walk! It was all so surreal, seeing the mountains from way up there! The guide was super informative and I loved the fun facts he gave too! Just be prepared to wait a long line for the rotating air lift coming and going!
We traveled to Lucerne and Mt. Titlis last week. We had beautiful weather and received excellent background information from our guide, Michelle, who was engaged and interesting. She made a point of getting to know each person on the tour, making sure our questions were answered and we were having a great experience. I would recommend her highly.
Unfortunately, 2 of the 4 reasons we chose this tour were closed because of the high temperatures. I was informed about one of them ONLY because I reached out to Viator before leaving to inquire about proper clothing. But the second one, which we were all really looking forward to experiencing, we were told about on the bus.
We would have appreciated being informed a few days prior so we could have chosen a different excursion (or canceled) if that was our choice. It did lessen our enjoyment of a beautiful place to visit.
I was a little hesitant for this tour because of the 10 hour time frame but it turned out perfect.
The meeting area is very close to the train station but keep in mind, you can't bring coffee on the bus. (Learned this the hard way...)
Alexander our guide was great at describing things along the way to our first stop and the view is incredible. We arrived in Lucerne and were given about 2 hours to walk around which was plenty of time.
After that we headed to Mt Titlis and had about 3 hours to see everything. You take a series of cable cars up to the top and have a few things to do and see while up there. If you are there during the summer, you will still probably see snow but you won't need winter clothes. Give yourself extra time to do the zipline and/or rowing in the small lake. You then finish up the day with a nice ride back to the bus station. They do pretty well on time getting you back at 7pm but the traffic might slow you down a little bit. Such a great tour and definitely worth the money! (The worst part of it is just a little bit of a tight fit on the bus, especially if you are tall or big).

Our "Best of Switzerland" tour was absolutely incredible, largely thanks to our fantastic crew. Our guide, Bruno, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kept us highly informed with fascinating facts throughout the entire journey. Our driver, Ernesto, was wonderful, professional, and made us feel safe and comfortable the entire time. Both of them went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great experience. I highly recommend this tour!
We had an absolute blast on our trip to Mt. Titlis! Our guide Vladimir was incredible—so professional, kind, and attentive. He took extra special care of me and my kids, making sure everyone was safe, happy, and having fun the entire day. The mountain was breathtaking, but his outstanding service made it truly unforgettable. Highly recommend!
We felt Lucerne was beautiful and the time was definitely adequate if you are also wanting to go up to Mt Titlus. For those complaining about the walk from where buses are required to park or a desire for more time, don’t do this then. While Mt Titlus ended up engulfed in clouds even though it was perfectly clear below, can’t do anything about the odds! Was a little surprised more eating options not open at Mt Titlus - summer lower season? But the Indian food at the very bottom was great. Guides were helpful and gave nice information about the area. Definitely recommend!

Licerne was beautiful and interesting and Mt Titlis with all of its exciting activities was fabulous.

Its cold in the Ice Cave and very slippery. Lucerne was very nice and an hour may be quick but you see what you want.
Time in Lucerne is limited, lunch is not possible here. The mountain is awesome and worth the trip..
We were hoping the organized tour would save us time and transfer over train transfers on our own, but traveling with a large group just slowed us down. They were pretty unorganized, handing out tickets to 60+ people took an unnecessarily long time and then we were too late to even do many of the activities on the top of the mountain. We were 1.5 hours late arriving back to Zurich due to weather which I am sure we would not have had on the train. Travel intel was repetitive. The locations were amazing. Lucern, Mt. Titlas were fantastic and worth the travel but I would sort out the trip on my own if I had to do it again.
This is a very good experience, want to come again, moreover that our tour guide Ms Yolga was so excellent in explaining and helping to all of us

Convenient option for a day trip to Titlis. Going with a group and guided tour saved us quite a bit of time, especially since we had only one day planned for Mount Titlis. The logistics were smooth and it was definitely easier than planning everything independently. The guide was okay, but could have been more proactive—we ended up navigating quite a bit on our own. Overall, still a good option if you’re short on time and want a hassle-free visit.
It is a must see/do Switzerland experience! We had and beautiful day and the view was stunning ! Weather was perfect for both visibility and temps. So glad we picked this tour.
We loved the mountain experience . We were not h happy that the tour guide told us to be ready to leave at 4:30pm. The plan to leave was changed and there was no notification of the change in the departure time. It was raining and cold, now I know that the tour guide can't predict the weather however there were small children on this tour that had no place for any of us to stay warm.
This tour exceeded our expectations. It was punctual, fun, professional attitudes from Victor and team. The skilled driving was amazing.
We had Fernando and Shyrah as our tour guide. They were kind and informative. Lake Lucerne is so beautiful. Doesn't even look real it is so breathtaking. Mt Titlis and surrounding scenery was gorgeous as well. They have several activities to do while on the mountain that are fun. We were blessed with incredible weather. Definitely a great tour.
It is a fantastic excursion. Our tour guides and bus driver were terrific - very organized, excellent communicators with clear instructions and directions, and very helpful all along the way. The experience itself was phenomenal. (Tip- don’t underestimate the value of the instructions that are provided, especially with regard to dress and footwear.)
It was challenging walking up the mountain in the snow to the attractions at the top of the mountain.
Our group had a fantastic time on the Lucerne & Mt. Titlis tour overall. Unfortunately, a rock slide the week prior had taken out the direct lift to the summit. To their credit, Viator and the mountain staff arranged an alternative route. It was longer and more time-consuming, but since it was beyond their control, we completely understood and appreciated the effort.
The only real frustration came later in the day. Sixteen people didn’t make it back to the bus on time, so instead of continuing as planned, we were redirected to pick up another group of 27 people in Lucerne. Under normal circumstances, this might not have been a major issue—but there happened to be a 3.5-hour traffic jam due to a Labor Day protest, which made the delay especially difficult.
That said, what truly stood out was our incredible tour guide, Matthew. He went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. He was kind, attentive, answered all our questions, and genuinely cared about ensuring everyone had a great time. Thank you, Matthew, for making the tour so special!
This was a great tour with fantastic views of the Alps. The visit in Lucerne was also fantastic. The one downside was that our tour group included two buses that were both very full so everywhere we went was very crowded until we were able to break away from the larger group after reaching the summit. Great views, great pictures and fun area. Make sure you do the ice flyer and cliff walk!
One of the cable cars was down so lots of waiting to transfer to top and back. View was very good but waiting for the cable car cut into the enjoyment.
This was gifted to my parents and they loved it and highly recommend!! Bruno (your guide) and Hugo (chofer) were amazing. Bruno gave lots of information and history of Switzerland and both of them provided an excellent tour.
We had perfect weather for the trip to Titlis. Doria was an informative guide and helped the entire group navigate to the top of the mountain and explained all of the different activities. Be aware of your time and don’t be late! The coach will leave without you as a few guests did find out the hard way.
This was a tour that had many wait lines getting to top- longest at least an hour. This took out much of time anllowed annd we were not able to do chair lift experience. Tubing was closed . Some travelers almost got left behind as it took them so long to return. Climbing to sky walk was very difficult and many fell holding on to rope to get up slippery hill. I don’t think this is for a large group tour when it was so crowded on a weekend - maybe because it was a beautiful day! Priscilla saved the trip - she was terrific.. Lucerne was beautiful- I highly recommend seeing the bridge !

The whole experience was amazing and interesting. The tour guide worked very hard and made the trip so colorful.
The trip to the top depends on weather permitting. Gondola ride is a favourite enjoyable exhilarating I could go up and down if given opportunity as the views are spectacular.
