This tour gave us some great history about Lucerne and great, picturesque views. The boat hands were friendly. This was our first part of the trip and gave us a chance to get on local time after our flight from the US.

We enjoyed the 1 hour cruise of Lake Lucern. We sat outside in the front of the boat and had plenty of room to take pics and see all the incredible views. I wish I would have gotten the headset so I knew more about the what I was seeing, but that was on me. I suggest if you take the tour you get the headset. It was easy to purchase tickets, board the boat and depart the boat. I would definitely recommend the cruise.

I was so taken by this glorious experience. It’s an incredible value for the price, offering stunning views of Lake Lucerne, informative narration about the area via headset, and a beautiful, yacht-like boat with plenty of space both indoors and out. Truly money well spent!

It poured torrentially with lightning the evening of the tour and we couldn’t get confirmation from the operator if the boat ride would take place after reaching out twice.
Just be wary when booking. We tried to get a refund and it was declined.

Nice little glimpse of Lucerne. We didn’t know about headsets til we saw others with them and then had to go looking for them—this could have/should have been longer for the $$ paid. The boat did stop at what looked to be a resort on the other side. Was this an option??????

This was great! Booked the night before and did the 11am. Will be telling family and friends to do this tour when in the area. Guided audio tour was wonderful and gave you a sense of what you were looking at and the history. The boat was clean, comfortable and had plenty of seating.

The excursion is overpriced. Boat was overcrowded with people trampling each other, no supervision from crew,; the audio guide was mainly music, incomplete and tried to sell other attractions.

Nice break in a busy day. Wonderful way to see the lake and surrounding area. I didn’t realize, at the time, how much scenery we would have missed if we hadn’t take the boat ride. Great! Will definitely recommend to friends and family traveling to the area.

I enjoyed this cruise as I got to see a lot of the lake, countryside and mountains. I could not get the audio guide to work on my phone but enjoyed the tour nonetheless.

Lake Lucerne is gorgeous especially when seen and experienced in this modern cruise. Just siting in the cruise and experiencing the cool mountain breeze for 30 or so minutes is worth it!

Would highly recommend! Fantastic boat and beautiful view, also perfect for an hour excursion. My only recommendation is for the audio tour to be available to all as part of cost of cruise verses having to listen or purchase the headset audio tour. Great value cruise for the money overall and nice snacks/drinks.

There was no Wi-Fi. No audio. No one to assist with questions. Googled on my own to try to figure it out without success. Sure, views were fine but no idea what we were looking at. Buy through local ticket booth. There’s a QR code to scan. Get a 5chf credit to use at snack bar. Used Viator many times, but this was a bust.

Unfortunately, due to an unexpected technical issue, we had to switch to an alternative boat at short notice, which meant that Wi-Fi and audio commentary were not available on that particular vessel. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
There is always a crew on board of all our ships, and they are happy to answer any questions or provide information upon request.
Whether tickets are purchased on spot or via Viator, all guests pay the same price and receive the same service.

The boat is awesome and has tons of great windows and viewpoints. To make this a more quality experience, Viator needs to book 75 less tickets per boat ride. There’s no space and way too many people. Still glad we did it, we got lucky and got a good spot but most didn’t…

The tour advertised commentary that we did not receive. For 2 reasons. 1st , upon boarding I asked the deck hand if we could sit upstairs. He said if course . We received no advice to grab some earphones first or how to receive commentary. We sat upstairs. 2nd The speakers upstairs did not work and we did not hear any announcements. No staff checked in to advise. We enjoyed the view but paid for a service we did not receive.
