Bruno’s private tours - amazing

Our tour guide was amazing !! He went out of his way to accommodate us . He has a vast knowledge of the area - even made a lunch reservation for us . Here is the organized version of your review, keeping your original tone and wording: It was good to book this trip as we had jetlag and couldn't get up by noon. We started our trip at 1pm with Miguel. Miguel was a very patient and gentle guy. He explained many things, organized the timing and route very well, and is good at communication. My kids were sick and he arranged for them to rest at the guard. However, when the kids asked to see what I visited with Miguel, Miguel patiently explained the sites to them again—I was very moved by his patience. In the evening, he took us to Azenhas do Mar, and the kids were thrilled by the strong waves there (a wonderful place to go in Sintra!). Miguel told us to stay as much as we wanted even though it's been passing 8 hours. I compensated the hours passed, but by my own willingness. I really appreciated that he just wished us to enjoy our precious encounter with the amazing ocean. His patience and thoughtfulness left us a wonderful memory in Sintra.

Tiago Costa was a fantastic guide! Very talkative and have very interesting facts and information about the different palaces and castles in a clear manner. Also took very good photos for me and my mum and a took a cute Polaroid photo of us. He was very pleasant and polite. This is a good tour if you wanted an overview of all the sites and to go see the monuments (with entry tickets) that spark your interest the most next day or later in the day as we did. Tiago kindly drove us to the old town afterwards, but did offer to drop us at the top of pena palace to see the gardens. Very flexible guide.

Excellent service . Knowledgeable driver/tour guide . Just the right length of tour . Walking to pena palace is a nice longish walk if not used to walking but definitely well worth the walk .Palace really busy but amazing ! Lunch absolutely delicious and quaint restaurant . The Sintra shoreline and beaches are amazing . Ricardo was an excellent tour guide - great sense of humour and good knowledge .

If you value a thoughtful, knowledgeable and personalized tour of Sintra Portugal this one is for you! Our tour guide Diogo was gracious, and went the extra mile to be sure that our experience was memorable and fun-filled. His responsive texts in advance to arrange transport in a comfortable minivan instead of vintage car, greatly accomodated my tall husband and assured his comfort due to problems walking. This openness to assist us right from the start was very much appreciated and the tour itself was personal and amazing! Diogo was considerate and helpful throughout and we learned so much about the region through his colorful stories and folklore. The narrative was outstanding, complete with historical pictures to give depth and understanding of the rich culture. We laughed, took plenty of pictures, learned a lot and ended with a small keepsake gift of our adventure... a beautiful and generous added touch! Tuktuk is best way to experience Sintra

Would highly suggest this tour as the best way to experience Sintra, especially with kids SIntra is a spectacular place to see, but with its hilly terrain, the tuktuk with really great guides is the only way to do it. We did not really expect to go to the beach, but we were so glad that the tour included stops at a few different beach spots and those were really a highlight of the tour and the coastline in Sintra in beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Excellent full day tour of Sintra sights and coast

We were skeptical about doing a guided tour for Sintra. My wife and I were going to go on our own via train/bus. But then I read the reviews that spoke so highly of Bruno, and thought it would be nice not to have to worry about any logistics. Turned out there was a transit strike on the day of our tour. So it sure is a good thing we didn’t try to go on our own. Bruno picked us up on time and offered us options to customize the day. I think we ended up doing the standard grouping of activities, and it worked out very well. We saw so much! Being on a private tour all day with someone has the possibility to be weird if you don’t like the tour guide. This was not an issue at all. Bruno is so nice and welcoming and knowledgeable. We truly enjoyed our time with him. He’s great at his job, and seems like an overall great person. We are very happy we did this tour with him, as we learned a lot and saw a lot - with some short periods of time mixed in to explore the town of Sintra and Cascais on our own. Beautiful! And easy! Don’t overthink it, leave it all to Bruno, see all the highlights, and have a great time.
