Our guide was very...
Our guide was very knowledgeable, with a background in archeology. The tour was interesting, and included Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum. Might have enjoyed some time to walk up a little bit in the Colosseum. It was a very hot day, and our guide tried to pull us into the shade and steer us toward water every chance she had!

When in Rome...
This is a must if in Rome! Whether you choose to visit and do a more in-depth tour of the underground, or choose this tour of the inside, the history and stories that our guide shared were excellent. Don't just view the Colosseum from the outside, being inside is crucial to understanding the history of this amazing place. I can't imagine touring the Colosseum without the vast knowledge our tour guide had.

Our tour guide, Marina,...
Our tour guide, Marina, from Show Me Italy was absolutely phenomenal. So educated and well spoken and created space for us to learn and soak in the history of the Roman Forum and Palantine Hill. Our entry time into the Colosseum got changed 2 days before (from 8:30-11:15) and unfortunately, were not able to have Marina join us for this part. As a family of 5 (ages 51, 50, 22, 20 and 16), we very much enjoyed this tour.

Incredible experience!
Our guide was amazing!! He was so knowledgeable and interesting and we left with so much more knowledge of the colosseum than we started with. He managed to bring the colosseum to life in a way that you just don’t get walking around alone. He even gave us chance for a Q&A at the end! Plus our group only had 7 people so felt very intimate and just overall an absolutely highlight of our trip!

Great Time
Sergio was an amazing tour guide and host. Note that guides are no longer able to enter the Colosseum with this tour company. We saw other tour guides eith groups inside. The check in process could be better, there was only one person and alot of different groups trying to get organized, but once we got with Sergio it was great. He is a walking historian and made the tour interesting, safe, and fun.

Our guide rocked!
If you get lucky enough to get Ale as your guide then woo hoo. She was knowledgeable, energetic and fun. Couldn’t have asked for better. Unfortunately, they messed up her schedule and she was only able to do the Colosseum portion but she went out of her way to make sure we got tickets and access to the whole tour. I’d recommend her without reservation! Bravo!

Our guide was very well...
Our guide was very well versed on the history of the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, as well as keeping her talk light with references to the movie, Gladiator.

A fantastic, jam-packed day in Rome
A great tour that lets you visit iconic sites in the city, including the Vatican, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and the Colosseum, all in one day. A wonderful way to get a sense of the city, both for those who just happen to have only a day or two and for those planning to stay longer and dig deeper into it. Titi was a phenomenal guide, a true matter expert, with a great ability to put arts, architecture, and history in one breathtaking perspective.

Small group tour of the Colosseum
The small group expierence is the way to go. The colosseum is massive as are the crowds. Even finding the exits can be daunting. We had a great time

A must-do experience in Rome
A must-do when visiting Rome. Just be aware that the line for the elevator at the Colosseum (to navigate with strollers) can be long, so better to hold child and fold up stroller up the stairs or leave stroller at home. Also, no elevator for the trek up Palatine Hill.

A very comprehensive tour!
This tour delved into most detail during the Colosseum with a lot of information about how it was built. The walk through Palatine Hill and the Forum was also very interesting! Our guide Lorenzo was well informed and engaged with each group member. It is a long tour so make sure to take a water bottle which you can refill along the way at the various water points.
